Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — dolphin network and duplicate sim not available in your center last 1 week

Sir,

I m using dolphin no last 16 years.in dolphin mobile always have signal problem and data problem. I also want to change sim but in mtnl panvel office no sim available last 1 week. How worst service you provide just think??

Panvel customer service staff dnt have any worry to solve it and their is no other way where i complain.
