I, sarishta sood, a senior citizen of 116, aravalli appartment in alaknanda, kalkaji is struggling in these tough times to get my mtnl bill sorted out. My landline is[protected], heavily charged.
They have charged me unnecessarily during the last few months which in no way i can get it rectified.
I tried my best to reach out to them but its not working either!
Humble request to look into this matter and get it sorted out once for all. I am so fed up that am also willing to get it disconnected permanently.

Dear concerned officer, Iam venkatesh Prabhu from Mumbai, of late I have been receiving inflated bills without using the land line much I request you to kind look into the matter at the earliest as I feel my land line is tampered, I have been not getting hard copy of the bill and also no summary is been provided either, kindly revise bill for month of July as I have hardly used landline and all my other bill if March, April, May and June are all rigged I have still payed the amount, I want refund of all excessive paid amount, or I will approach consumer forum for mental agony and claim compensation, also I will pay my July bill till I get clarity on my July bill, , , anticipating your reply at earliest venkatesh Prabhu
