Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Illegal deduction of amount for service not subscribed

Have been receiving SMS every month that Rs. 7 have been deducted for downloading wallpaper service.

But I never subscribed for this service and this is nothing but simply a scam.

Screenshot of the SMS has been attached. I demand an immediate refund of the amount as early as possible.
