Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — i'm complaining about my dolphin sim card...

I'm having issue while registering my sim card on network n showing problem and not able to use the sim
Please help me out cause i guess my sim card got off or something. I had also done recharge to check whether it is working or not but it successfully recharged on registered number so help me out asap.
