Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — I'm complaining about not receive bill on time

We hold telephone no. 26115252 and generally pay the telephone bill as soon as we get it but for the last six months, we have not received any bill. The reasons for such a delay are beyond our knowledge. We will, therefore, request you to send us the pending bill immediately and to look into the matter so that we may get the bills regularly and pay them off easily in the future.in case you send more than one bill for payment, it will be very difficult for us to pay them up.

We hope you will appreciate our difficulties and do the needful accordingly.
