Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — : indefinite delay in refunding of security deposits

We hereby regret to bring it to your notice that the security deposits were not refunded in spite of repeated reminders and personal visits to the concerned telephone exchanges.

Our concern:
1) we are senior citizens and closed our offices in mumbai and navi
Mumbai.
2) due to covid protocol we are unable to follow up with the concerned
Officers.
3) why should we do this when everything got digitalized and submitted all
Documents and kycs for refund?
4) we cannot tolerate the lethargy of your executives and their reluctant
Approach as they are not paid for troubling customers!
5) does mtnl executives behave the same way when the customers owe to
Mtnl?

Hence, the refund should be remitted into both personal account only.

You are requested to initiate the refund of security deposit along with interest on delayed period immediately by digitally crediting our above mentioned bank accounts to avoid inconvenience to us.

We also attach herewith the scanned copies of all the documents and surrender letters for your perusal.
