Dear sir/ madam,
This is regarding our MTNL[protected] and[protected]Telephone instruments they are not working properly, There is always disturbance in the line and phone calls disconnects by its own.
We have logged a complaint in MTNL, As per MTNL technician they have checked all the connection and they said everything is ok.
As per them our both the instruments need a replacement.
For getting a new instrument we have given application on 05/12/2018 to MTNL office. we want both the instrument at a cost but till today we have not received any call from MTNL.
Kindly look into it.

The service is really pathetic. have been paying the bills but no service to use.
