Sub:- complaint for tel no 22841324 dead and also unable to receive emails from almost more than a month

Sir,
I would like to bring it your notice that our tel no 22841324 is dead from more than a month you can confirm from your data due to this we are facing lot of problem since our are unable to contact us through phone calls and emails.

From the last whole month we had complaint several time to many no also given the complaint to 22842198 no body is caring to repair the line and net on the contrary i have been receiving the message that your complaint is resolved and also got the call for feedback of complaint resolved i have given the feedback poor.

I had also contacted many time to mr ram sir at [protected]
Given complaint to 22020606, 22026162, 22832300 to mr tambeh and many others

My last complaint docket nos :
4249 for landline
3704 for landline 3755 for broadband dated 5/10/2017
7752 ‘’ ‘’ 7775 ‘’ ‘’ dated 7/10/2017

If we pay the bill after due date m. T. N. L is charging extra money what about if my phone is dead from so many days?

I have also email my compiant to [protected]@mtnl.net.in and got the complaint reference number 183227 for tracking above complaint. 7/10/2017

Kindly look into the matter and start my phone as soon as possible
