Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — landline and broadband not working since sunday.

Address:Matunga West Mumbai 400016.

The internet and Landline is not working since Sunday 12th April 2020. We have paid the bill and lodged complaint multiple times but we have not received any satisfactory revert.
However, kindly provide us with some solution or contact number where I can receive a proper Ans to my solution.
