We have been lodging online complaint for the telephone landline no.[protected] that its dead for more than two months. No docket number is received for complaint. None of the person is attending to the fault. We have been receiving only bills for each month for payment and are regularly paying and the last bill is now paid today without any service being rendered. Its this very bad and poor service resulting in many leaving mtnl and those are having these problems unattended by your team. Pl look into and immediate restore the line active. Further please refund or adjust in future bills for the amounts we have been paying since the phone is dead. Pl take on sos basis. Was this information helpful? | |||||
