I applied for shifting of my two land lines 24010809 & 24023056 vide work orders dated numbers dated 7th july 2016 i. e 160149 & 160129 respectively. on inquiry immediately thereafter, my number was punched. i donot know what that meant. after that i called up times without number to know about the status of my application but to no avail. there were excuses galore for this inordinate delay. then i was requested to give a letter that i was out of station for a month as by that time it would be done and i will have no billing also. then one day they laid the cable more than a month back which fell short for the required length. after that my innumerable call have yielded no reply and no assurance. it is now more than 4 months, i am still waiting my land lines & net connection to start working. pl get the needful done now. i have not used my land lines since four months at all. so please advice as to how the rentals and billing will done for this period.
