Hi, My MTNL (Mumbai) telephone (number[protected] has been out of order from 28th September 2020. I have lodged online complaint many times and even mailed thrice for the same. I have been told that there is cable fault and cable will come in few weeks but now 3 months passed still there is no response from any of the MTNL officials or supervisor (Mr. Rajbhar [protected]).
He keeps telling the same reason cable banane diya hai. Sahab logo ko pata hai kab aayega.
From last 28th September I have been disconnected from broadband as well as Landline facility still I am receiving bills. I haven't used any of this facility from September 28th then why should I pay this bills? I have tried calling Malad Telephone Exchange but no one answers calls. Where should we go? To whom we should complain? Even I haven't got reply from you for last 3 emails I have sent.
