Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — misbehave by the officials of the mtnl office delhi south east zone (through sdo) | |||
Dear sir, I have applied for the transfer of mtnl landline from my one office to another office due to shifting of the office from one pace to another. On request the employee of the mtnl disconnected my call and assured me that the same shall be transferred within 2 working days but till date i. E. After expiry of 21 days they have installed the same in our office and they are denying the same on one and another pretext and misbehave with my office colleague and said phone "katwa do, warmna jab hona hai hoga." We are the resident of A-136, Neeti Bagh & my Telephone no.[protected] is dead (no dial tone) for the last two months & I have lodged several complaints but till date no dial tone in my MTNL connection. Request to resolve the problem.
