Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — MTNL deactivation of WAP/VAS service

Dear Sir,
I (Sarita Khetarpal) request you to deactivate all WAP or VAS services from my mobile no ([protected]) which I never subscribed to. I am receiving irrelevant message of beach videos etc. mn.hurray.com etc daily and my balance is getting debited unnecessarily since more than 2 years.
Every week Rs 30 or sometimes Rs.10 is getting deducted from my account.

I have lost around Rs. 1000/- . Kindly look into this matter.
Even I tried calling customer but of no use. I also tried calling 155223 but no one is picking . And I also messaged STOP to 155223 but message never get delivered.

So I kindly request to pls deactivate it & credit the amount which has been deducted from my account.
