Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — MTNL phone connection not working

My landline phone connection[protected] is not functioning for
last 10 days, I have also registered the complaint through phone, but no response till date. my work is suffering due to non availability of
internet connection.
please rectify the problem.

The phone as well as the internet is not working, and the bill is being sent very promptly to me
