I have lost my mobile phone while traveling. I would like you to block my MTNL number: [protected]. So, that the sim can't be used for miscellaneous activities.

Tube lights purchased by us through Tender / Contractor M/s Bhardwaj Enterprises, Dwarka, New Delhi
One of Tube light has gone faulty within 6 Months.
Needs to be replaced /repaired.
