Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — no network all the time problem in getting otp always,

The network provide by you does not work for most of the days for most of the days, I am not able to make calls, neither receive texts and since nowadays most of the online transactions and services work through OTPs I am not able to do my required work too.
So either change the way things are right now or i will be forced to change the network service I use.
