Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Non receipt of security deposit pending since 2022

Have raised refund request of my security deposit with MTNL 4 times. Received no response. The memo num is[protected] and amount pending is 2285/-

Have also visited MTNL chembur office multiple times. Why is my amount kept pending.
