Broadband connection[protected] facing problem of not opening the windows since[protected]. 1504 helpline has removed option 9 which was helpful in getting the problem resolved online itself. I booked my complaint no. 1671 on 14.11.2018 morning but no response till 12.40pm on 15.11.2018. Looks mtnl mumbai does not want to serve its customers.
