Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — poor / no signal of mtnl receive for mobile

I have 4 mobile sim card for me & my family. For past one month we are getting extremely poor or mostly no signal of mtnl receiving at home to operate our mobiles. We are unable to operate banking operation to receive otp as well as various other functions from home. It has become almost impossible to communicate with anybody in case of emergency for senior citizens like us.
Our land line number 25008185 is also not functioning. It is a dangerous situation in monsoon loosing communication with others for critical needs.
Request urgent response pl.
In case mtnl is closed down for poor efficiency pl let us know so that we can plan to shift to other services.
