Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — Subscribing bhakti sangeet without my consent

Without my consent mtnl sub2, bhakti sangeet is being subscribed without my consent and rupees 2 deducted every now and then on their own, illegally. Please unsubscribe and refund my money deducted illegally. I had tried 1503 also, i do not know what is the use of 1503, the lady sitting there tellse me to unsubscribe, but i am not able to do it, without further hearing she disconnects. It is also very difficult to connect 1503. I am fed up on complaining because no body is solving my problem. Please unsubscribe and refund my money deducted illegally
