Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — wifi internet is not working.

I have complaint approx 20-30 times for not working wifi internet properly but there is no action taken by the mtnl janpath. Still waiting for service. Why should i pay the bill if i am not able to use the internet. My telephone number is 23019311 and consumer number is [protected]. If they can't resolve my problem then i want to close my wifi internet.

My sister Sunita Teckchandani MTNL pensioner expired on 12th September 2018 leaving behind her only mentally challenged son Deepak Teckchandani
Even after submitting all the papers these mtnl fellows are not approving his pension. Please help
