Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — wifi is not working from 2 weeks

My wifi is not working from 2 weeks, i called mtnl customer care 1000 times but no action is taken by there side, i have an unlimited data plan and its been more then 2 weeks that my wifi is not working then why should i pay the bill, this makes me believe that mtnl doing fraud with me. I want that a strict action will be taken against them. Thank you
