While returning, I had already slipped somewhere due to the rainy roads and fallen because of my always being disturbed before or while sleeping by these upstairs neighbors, due to which I am sleepless and suffering. We are facing serious health issues because of continuous smoke emitted in the chemical factory next to our residential complex. The odour is also so foul that we cannot breathe.
