Last few weeks Dombivli Midc Residential zone is suffering from very strong and bad chemical odours which sometimes lead to coughing and suffocation. You are requested to identify the culprits and make them work as per rules

On date 29-10-21, I woke up around 5 am with severe chemical smell. This is a persisting issue in Sector, 10 New Panvel area.even now in the evening the smell is so severe that we cant even open our windows or doors. Kindly make a permanent solution to this.

Aurangabad AMC is having Waste processing Unit in padegaon, Aurangabad.
Wastewater Leaching:- AMC is pouring wastewater leaching in the nearby residential areas and cultivated crops/Farms.thereby polluting the underground water which is leading to polluted water and effecting the natural resources. Now a days bad smell is flowing throughout the day in the nearby affected area which is leading to major health issues in Childrens and Senior citizens.

(volume of the above audio evidence amplified to 50 decibels for clarity and the furniture dragging and thudding noises begin at the point 0.03 of the recording). The disturbances actually began at 20.30 pm IST tonight, the usual time at which these Lawangares begin to go crazy.

The Lawangares are causing havoc in our CHS or Cooperative Housing Society and this is not at all acceptable. I hope they are neither celebrating the Maharashtra bandh nor that they are celebrating the rape of the poor 20 year old woman on the Mumbai bound train, out of which 5 of the rapists were Marathi. This is one of the biggest public evidences of Marathis and Marathas being criminals in the guise of commoners and the citizenry of India. Marathis set out to appear in the news for all the right reasons and in doing so, they used unjust acts against others from their own country and now they are always in the news for all the wrong reasons that resulted from their desperation for fame and money.

Today, I got really angry because of the strains in the relations in my own family due to these upstairs neighbors that almost made everyone go wild and turn against each other. This used to never happen before these Marathas came to our building. I never got angry even at my other neighbors even years ago. I am very upset at the way this upstairs rogue behaves towards everyone in our building. Even at meetings, Lawangare has been warned it seems and still, he continues to misbehave despite several people warning him, sending audio evidences to the police, etc. Is this how Marathas generally behave in the face of danger or when they have provoked someone enough to put themselves in danger? Like cowards? This is a CHS, not some communal katta or Maratha katta. If they want to keep disturbing or provoking someone, let them go live with some community katta of theirs, not here. All this made my senior citizen parents turn against me and each other.

Today, I had gone to visit my relatives elsewhere in the city. While returning, I had already slipped somewhere due to the rainy roads and fallen because of my always being disturbed before or while sleeping by these upstairs neighbors, due to which I am sleepless and suffering. On top of it when I had just reached home, the nuisance value upstairs neighbors were making it impossible for me to rest and heal. I curse them and their community people. Today, I was so tired too that I could not record the havoc wreaked by the upstairs rogues but they went on till 00.12 am IST without any consideration for us. As it is they hate the other people in the building and provoke them constantly by bad mouthing them, which is not good on part of these Lawangares. Again, I am tired and still, they are jogging and troubling us. Therefore, people such as the Lawangares should be driven out of our building and area for good. I still am exhausted and they suddenly made weird noises before I could start my device to record their noises. I am tired of being nice or even playing nice towards nasty people, who hail from a community full of heartless rogues like Sachin Vaze, etc. who do not mind even killing or harassing even the legal domiciles of the state of Maharashtra like us. I curse them to kill each other without mercy.

Dear sir / madam
In this navratri days some noice pollution related rules are gets broken by (gurukrupa mandal) in my area. They are playing loud music before 6 am IST and playing the music above the range when it's allowed to play. Because of this our sleeps and study getting disturbed. I hope u will take immediate action against it.

The upstairs family seems to love to play mischief with those who are restfully sleeping at night or just relaxing. Today, they dragged the furniture fast again and again meaninglessly as usual during odd hours and thus, they thought they would not be giving me a chance to record their mischief but I have somehow managed to get hold of their nuisance which stopped after a while. This is absolutely not acceptable in a residential area, let alone a residential building. In the audio evidence, the screeching noises recorded and amplified to 47 decibels bears some slight screeching noises towards the end at around point 00.12 if I am not wrong, till which time, there have been slight thuds and more of weird screeching noises. The screeching actually happened within a few seconds at a time, proving even more strongly that there is a possibility of someone being mentally afflicted in their house since nobody else in our building or area behaves so weirdly and that too, so late at night.

Yesterday, there was absolutely no noise from upstairs at night before we went to sleep and after we went to sleep either. So, we did not face any problems. However, tonight at 23.46 pm IST onwards till later than 00.00 am IST, thudding noises and screeching noises were heard from upstairs, the audio evidences of which I am putting up enhanced to up to 45 decibels. This high volume of noise should not be tolerated and is not acceptable or permissible late every night and that too, in residential areas. So, here is an audio evidence that has noises from upstairs that begin at point 0.03 and go on till the irritating screeching noises are heard towards the end with lots of thudding noises throughout the audio evidence -

Even we go to sleep as quickly as possible and there are senior citizens in my house, who have their fun during the day without bothering anyone, not even our downstairs neighbors and particularly not at night but these upstairs people simply take it for granted that they are free to disturb people late every night at odd hours and any time during the day.

I understand that senior citizenship is like the second childhood of senior citizens, which is why I let them enjoy music and play the music they love the most for them and that too, only during the day because I do not want to disturb anyone at night, especially not my neighbors. I even cook for them as regularly as possible since they enjoy my cooking and I feel good about it. However I do not do much during my exams or whenever I have other commitments. But I am still always there for my senior citizen parents unlike most youth, who leave their homes for good and parents alone. This is not becoming of an Indian, especially a Brahmin, who follows the Vedic culture. I absolutely do not appreciate the late night noise making business that ruins our sleep and peace of mind, thereby rendering us helplessly tired the next morning and unable to function. I even joke harmlessly but the upstairs neighbors take offense to everything. I hope that someday their son will start helping senior citizens and helpless people instead of showing his arrogance on everyone. Even before the lockdown, I used to do my best to keep my parents happy.

Even today morning, the nuisance started at 6.30 am IST just above my bedroom and reverberated throughout our house. Imagine how my senior citizen parents must be feeling. Just because they do not say anything doesn't mean that they are okay with the noises from upstairs. This is too much.

The noises from upstairs are too loud and they sometimes go on till 2 or even 5 am IST and it resounds loudly throughout our house. This is not at all pleasant or acceptable, considering that whenever even we hear noises from the children or boys playing outside, we do not disturb our downstairs neighbors unlike the Lawangares. These people may be sensitive to noise but they need to see a psychiatrist, who can explain to them how what they are doing towards others is wrongful.

I have also enjoyed living in this colony for several years. However, for the past two years or so, I have been facing a lot of problems. My upstairs neighbours the Lawangares are making thudding and screeching noises every night and I have even sent the Mumbai police audio recordings as evidences every night but the nuisance to me and my senior citizen parents just does not stop from upstairs even late at night and it causes me headaches, heartaches and even dizziness and more. Even during the day they wreak havoc. I have even sent the building secretary and chairman audio evidences regularly but nothing has been done about this since 2 years.

This type of daily late night disturbance is not allowed in the apartment and particularly when sensitive people such as women and senior citizens are residing in the house beneath that of the Lawangares or anyone else. We have even requested this family thrice in person not to make noise so late every night to which he gave rude back answers and replies with twisted words instead of simply complying to our polite requests that would have made living here harmonious. Nowadays, we feel helpless and have had to resort to drastic measures against this family because they are continuing to be a nuisance. I hope that we can find a resolution to this problem as soon as possible. I appreciate your attention and thank you for understanding and support. Also, please note that they even jog on their treadmill any time they want, wreaking havoc in our house, rendering us sleepless and tired. They even keep dragging their furniture day and night and make some weird screeching noises probably with their collapsible windows or make some noise or the other just to disturb us constantly.

We are legally domiciled in the state of Maharashtra and our family traces back to the early 1940s and have been here since that time but still, we have to face harassment and discrimination by the upstairs neighbours, who have recently moved into our building unlike us.

We are facing serious health issues because of continuous smoke emitted in the chemical factory next to our residential complex. The odour is also so foul that we cannot breathe.

Multiple complaints have been lodged by all complexes nearby but work has not stopped. Instead it is going on full swing and there is absolutely no restrictions and whole day smoke is emitted.

Request you to visit this place and take some action at the earliest.
