Address: Forjett street

We would like to place a complaint against Navyug nagar building having three wings located at forjett street near Bhatia hospital. Every week they burn garbage and dry leaves in their compound . The smoke generated from it enters our flats .Our building is located just opposite on the uphill at altmount road namely chitrakoot, Rizvi Park and Olympus . We have complained to them on several occasions but they have refuse to stop. Please take appropriate action. Enclosing herewith is a short video.

    Address: Jewish cemetery, Worli

    At a cemetery in Worli the caretakers end up burning plastic, tree leaves and all other possible garbage.
    Despise many complaints made to their management team no actions are taken.

      There is sizing unit in this location, who is burning plastic and waste instead of wood, which is causing enormous smock

        Severe Chemical pollution in Sector 9 Khanda colony

        Address: Khanda colony, Navi Mumbai

        There have been several instances of severe chemical pollution in Sector 9 Khanda colony since the last 6 months and it is very disheartening to note that no action has been taken to quell this menace. The chemical pollution is rampant during the wee hours from midnight onwards. This has resulted in breathing issues for the residents. Immediate action is required to bring the culprits to book....

        I stay in New Panvel sector 10, i get chemical smells in our residential area. We can't open our windows at night and morning. This smell stopped for last 1 week but again it started from Today morning. Please have some solution for this.

          Sir,
          At Deoli road Hot Mix (Dambur) plant Name Raju Indrajeet Saraf located at 500 meter from Salod (hirapur) tahsil Wardha District Wardha.
          This plant is situated on Deoli road highway 500m from Salod (h) village, chimni of this plant is small in hight though smoke spread through road, smoke coming from this plant is very harmful for villagers as well vehicle running on that road, smoke coming from this hot mix plant is too heavy that polluting surrounding air.
          Due to heavy smoke smog develop and unable to see vehicle coming from other side chances of exident increase.
          farmers are also suffering from dust and smoke coming from this hot mix plant, results in crops yeild effect.
          I req u sir to please take serious action against this plant

            Most of the nights, after 11 pm pungent polluted air are released by some unknown chemical firm. We have to close all doors and windows. There is difficulty in breathing. Leading to head ache. Unable to sleep.
            Kindly survey the area in the night and take remedial steps to stop such foul air.

              I am residing in Moti baugh Patil house Kausa Mumbra Dist Thane behind our Apartment there is some illegal construction is there in that they are producing mass amount of Black smoke and Carbon which is coming to our apartment's and we are inhaling the toxic gases please look into the matter and stop this work as it is not in industrial region but in residential place.

                Respected sir/madam,

                It's has been months effluents from factories are released into the atmosphere at night.

                Due to which very foul smell, hazy morning is experienced by many.

                Nowadays because of this the pollution levels have increased so much that people in our locality are experiencing eye irritiation, cough while going for early morning walks .

                At a time when people are fighting covid-19, air pollution should be monitored as this could affect their oxygen carrying capacity of their lungs.

                Awareness among the citizens should be increased and they should be made aware of proper redressal mechanism.

                We seek your active intervention to kindly resolve this problem at the earliest.

                      Every day, especially during evening/night a foul smell of rotten garbage floats in the air. Its extremely disgusting and difficukt to breathe. It lasts from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Sometimes multiple times during the day.
                      Pls take some action as the air quality becomes very hazardous. Especially in the times of Covid, breathing problems can aggravate the matter.

                        A family, living at ground floor of Building No. 11, MHADA Colony, Milind Nagar, opp. L&T A. M. Naik Tower, Powai, Mumbai 400072 do burn wood daily after sunset. It results in suffocation and burning sensation in the eyes of residents living around.

                        Not only this, they waste too much water through a big diameter plastic pipe while watering plants and washing flooring area infront of their room daily which also creates mosquito breeding place due to water logging. This activity is carried out during afternoon.

                        I request MPCB to take strict action to avoid pollution and the resultant environment damage.

                          Hi Sir/Maam,

                          I am resident of Nagpur, Maharashtra. There is a tractor in front of my house which is owned by some random person. Even no actual owner is living in our area, but still the rented guy living in front of my house is keeping this highly unhealthy tractor in the area itself. This tractor seems too much old and I believe it's green tax is not renewable. This tractor is exhausting large amount of pollution and carbon. Even we can see black smoke from exhaust.

                          This is causing breathing problem to nearby people. So, I am requesting you to please look into this issue and help us to move that problematic tractor to some other location.

                            The Saswad Mali Sugar Factory Ltd, Malinagar has violated the aggrement done with MPCB and CPCB .As sugar factory is directly discharge its waste and hazardous water directly in neera river and open ground and serive road of village as per agreement it should be treated in factory and used within.waste water is dump by tanker of sugar factory.All the evidence where shown to solapur office and officer called Bhosle and Pune office and officer called Nitin Shinde didn't take any action purposely . so kindly look into matter and take action against factory

                            Information was asked under RTI act related to The Saswad Mali Sugar Factory Ltd, Malinagar to solapur office on 3/02/2021 but Bhosle officer is not giving information and not giving appointment to visit him as doing purposely . He is trying to save the factory as public where we should ask for justice for public.kindly look into matter as early as possible

                                There is a Mosque behind the house.. There prayers for 5 times per day are conducted on very loud noise that is unbearable. Before lockdown the noise was less but as the days are passing by the noise is increasing alot. If you want to experirnce intensity of noise please do visit place at time of Muslim prayer called as Ajaan.
                                There is a Temple just opposite to my house. They were not playing any music till these many years. Now they started playing folk songs every morning at 8 am on very loud noise because they people think, there is loud noise from Masjid and no one says anything so as to take revenge they play devotional songs very loudly every morning at 8 am. As we have the WFH and the shift ends at 4am it is difficult to sleep with such a loud noise.
                                My humble request is to look into this matter and set the noise limit to bearable extend. The noises are too loud and create disturbances.

                                    The frequency of odour during nights is increasing & affecting normal breathing for adults, smalls & elders.

                                      Since few week foul smell in downtown area Adriana N wing, request you please look into this as the smell is very bad and we are unable to sleep in our flat.
                                      Hope someone will take action on this matter this is hazardous to our kids.
