Continual nuisance from heavy aluminum cutting machine and glasses is being going on in our Co-operative Housing Society, Pooja Arti, Apt, Bhoirwadi, Kalyan west.

The Shop owner Uma Shankar Khawar and his brothers Rakesh Khawar and Dharmender Khawar use to cut aluminum and glass slides in their shops by using heavy industrial machinery creating lots of nuisance in our residential society. Because of senior citizen like my mother who is a heart patients suffering slot.

The debris of aluminum and glasses in the society causing problems too and it may give rise to diseases like Malaria and Dengue in our society.

In spite of humble requests to Uma Shankar, Rakesh kharwar, Dharmender Kharwar they had turn a deaf ear to us and they with their son Mohit Khawar giving life threats to me and my family, saying we will kill you and your mother.

Some factory burns tyers on daily basis and smoke from that factory straight away travels to ours society and near by area which very hazardous and cancer causing.
Plz look into my compalint ASAP

My complaint is against Empire Industries Limited Vitrum Glass एम्पायर इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड विट्रम ग्लास .

Of late they have been emitting extremely toxic air pollution that it’s getting difficult to breathe even at home. The pollution goes on day and night and something needs to be done about this ASAP.

Since one year we face too much air pollution in our area which is extremely affected our gastrointestinal area of our children and they suffer from major breathing difficulties.these people open there shops in midnights too and promote anti social activities.

I travel from kalyan to vashi via Mahale. Today on 17th Aug 2021 from MIDC police checklist to mahape there is so much air pollution. I am traveling from bus. All passenger get smell and facing problem to breath. Please take survey and legal action against responsible co.

I am a resident at 90 feet road, kambalpada Dombivli East, since past few months the factories near our residence in MIDC are releasing harmful pollutants the smell is so pungent and foul that it causes suffocation please take certain action against the same

We all are resident of padmavati nagar aalodi wardha maharashtra near golden gym. Sound system of golden gym noise level is too high from 5.30 am to 9.00 pm after many times warning.
So I request to you please take necessary action against it.

They are residential area not forests area they are harmful human body I request you please take immediate action for tyre burning last time I called pollution control office in Thane but not taken action please I request you thank you

In my opposite building there are flour mills
they do there daily maintaince work which takes about 0ne hour and weekly maintaince work 7 hrs.

this is resident area want to know what are the guidelines to do the maiantaince work which creates noise nuisance
patients with BP / Sugar will have tremendous effect on health.

We want to register complain against origami paper situated at village khairi near satnavri . This is a paper mill which discharges its water on roads and fields of people which has made soil saline . They also produce lost of dust which is causing newcense to surroundings .

Dear Sir, we have been facing acute noise pollution issue since last two months in our neighbouring plot belonging to JMG Realtors (RNA). Machines are on from early morning to late evening even on Sundays and Holidays. This is seriously affecting our mental health. My son is unable to attend online classes due to this noise. I request the authority to take appropriate action in the matter. Thank you.

There is construction from morning 6 am to to night 1am everyday. The construction only stops for 4 hours and we are unable to sleep. There are senior citizens and small children living nearby who are falling sick.
Please take action so construction timing is followed.

Annoying sound throughout day and even in night creating heavy noise pollution, along with heavy Cement dust pollution.
Throughout the day heavy containers of Cement, ash and other construction material are getting unloaded creating intolerable Noise/Dust pollution
I am sure that Ramling Cement Product- is not having any consent to operate.
Due to this you will be able to see cement dust every where in our houses. Due to noise pollution we are on the path of deafness.
Our children are unable to study, unable to sleep and has resulted bad impact on our health. We are unable open windows and doors of our houses.
I request you to take strict action Ramling Cement Product.

So much noise and air Pollution since last so many days by Tarangan Building construction / renovation work. Shivshakti Nagar Kankavali Sindhudurg.

There is a factory in our locality which produces a very high amount of Smoke from their Furnace which is without chimney and it is very difficult to Breathe properly here

I NEED MPCB certificate for trading ferrous steel at Nalasopa. For export import of ferrous steel the authority ask for MPCB NOC. I dont know which category select while online application. Does I select "Authorization under Hazardous Waste Rule" or something else. Please help me. Your customer care no doesn't respond.

I am a senior citizen of 66 years old ( Annukhatun Khan ) living in Pooja Arti Cooperative Housing society, Room N0 1, Birla college road, Kalyan west. Sir since 5 years I am facing severe nuisances created by a shop name Pritam Aluminum in our housing society, the shop owner Uma Shankar Khaarvar and his brothers Rakesh Kharvaar and Dharmender Kharvar by using heavy Industrisl Machines to cut Aluminum in our society, they use to cut heavy Glasses in our society which further increase my problem since the left over of glass cutting are very dangerous... Sir I am a heart patient and had one heart attack because of his reckless use of heavy machinery in our society which deteriorating my health day by day. Many times I requested them to stop cutting process in our society but Uma Shankar and his brother turned blind eye towards it, if anything happens to me tomorrow Uma Shankar Kharvaar will be responsible for it... I beg you to look into this issue as early as possible and help
