Dear Sir/Madam,
My chalan no is HSPCM[protected]. I have attached photo proof below. Kindly view it & explain to me how I’m lane cutting according the photo proof provided by Maharashtra Police?
My car is in the dead centre of the lane and there is NO visual proof whatsoever that I am cutting or even changing lanes for that matter of a fact.
The lane itself is a “dotted” one as can be seen, which mean that I have every legal right to change lanes (even though I’m not).
The coordinates (18.[protected] 73.[protected]) provided on the challan where the alleged offence has taken place corresponds to a cabin on the opposite side of the expressway (in this case, right of the car) to which I was driving. You can check yourself on Google or Apple Maps.
Kindly do the needful and revoke this wrong challan at the earliest as there was no lane cutting offence committed by me. This challan is baseless and provides no proof of any offence whatsoever. Moreover, this seems to be some kind of fishing attempt due the nature of the car being driven and not an actual offence taking place.
