Maharashtra Traffic Police — Incorrect reason mentioned in challan.

With reference to challan no.PNCCC[protected], one of the reasons mentioned is "without helmet ", which is incorrect because as seen in the evidence photo, i have won the helmet. I would request you to kindly remove the fine charged on account of "wrong helmet ".

Incase my understanding is wrong, kindly clarify as to why I have been charged on account of "wrong helmet ".
