Maharashtra Traffic Police — Police manual signal violation meaning and the reason of imposing the fine

Today my bike (MH03BR 2850) was parked at mulund. The vehicle was parked as such there was no interruption with the ongoing traffic and neither there was no NO PARKING ZONE. The other bikes and cars with the traffic police vehicle were also parked over there. I got a message of imposing the fine of Rs. 500 with the description of POLICE MANUAL SIGNAL VIOLATION (challan no. MUMCM[protected])
I am ready to pay the fine if found guilty but I want to know the valid reason.

As there is parking aloted by MCGM but it's closed from many years then where should we park the bikes and cars.

I want to know the valid reason.

And also saw many times that the police incharge hide and takes the photos.

Misusing the authorities.
Poor middle class peoples are getting targeted for this..

प्रिय सर माझा चलन क्रमांक PMCCM[protected] आहे मला कोंत्याही सर नी हात नाही दिला हे चलन जबरदस्ती गाडी पुडे गेलेचा नंतर फोटो काडलेला आहे. दुसरे माझा गाडीचे सर्व पेपर आहेत मग मी का नाही गाडी थंबवनार. गाडी माझी MT आहे लोड पण नाहीये माजी कहि चुकी नस्ताना मला हे चलान टकले आहे सर मि तुम्‍हाला कृपा करु विनंती करतो मजे हे चलान Remove करावे.

My bike (MH05 CX) I was riding my bike with helmet on, coming back from my coaching session and was in shorts. Near manpada shell petrol pump, with no barricade or any kind of interuption I have passed the location which challan is showing. I do not understand why are we getting charged for no reason.

If the reason is valid, n I passed a barricade then understable, without reason why are we getting charged.

I even uploaded a grievance complaint, which never get resolved, instead response we recive states we are in fault. Please make me understand, if there is barricade how a person can dodge those and run through without any wave.

Can anyone guide me to go with complaint for a solution. Cz the amount they are charging for this nonsense is Rs. 1500.

Hiding and clicking photos to show validity. Is there any other actual proof for the work you traffic people does.

Misusing the authorities. And no one taking action on this. Then you say we are the best police department in the country.
