Mahatma Gandhi University Meghalaya — regarding my degree urgent

I have enrolled for mgu b.co. And have completed the course under enrollment no:mgu/111/sn1110008/037. After completion i have applied for the degree certificate on date 07/02/2018 with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last three months and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a serving defence personnel.

I have to submit it to my railway board.

Please try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
