I am an owner of tuv 300 4+ and had bought this car from m/s koncept automobiles, lajpat nagar. I was asked by the dealer to get regular service done at their service centre at a-40 mohan cooperative indl estate mathura road new delhi which i have been getting done, though this is very far from my place of residence in vasan t kunj,
I want to bring to your notice the bad service being given to the customers by service people at koncept. My experience goes back since 2012 onwards and have been facing troubles with this workshop ever since, ranging from poor service to breaking of engine cover to bad painting etc, etc,.
Coming to the current problem. I had got my car serviced on 22/11/16 from the above mentioned service station and the concerned advisor was mukeem. At the time of handing over the car to the advisor, he did not explain everything which he had included in the job card. He explained some things but not in totality which i suppose is the right of every customer to know.in the evening at the time of billing, i realised that one point was not even told to me, i confronted the advisor on the point but to my surprise, he denied of not telling me and almost alleging that i was lying. I mean this is very embarrasing.
My ordeal did not get over with this, infact during the day, i went and saw my vehicle being serviced and found that the service technicians confirmed to me that the vehicle was washed and will be completed soon but on my inspecting the car, i found lot of mud inside the engine compartment, bonnet and else where on the body, even the wheels and fenders were dirty and then visual sight clearly showed that either the vehicle was not washed or it was not done properly. To which mukeem the service advisor started arguing with me to the extent of raising voice infront of other service technicians.
My last problem is the noise coming when i break hard. The vehicle being not even a year old and has abs but the breaking in reality does not give me confidence.
Seeing the behaviour and attitude of mukeem, i have not compalined to koncept so far because i am sick and tired of the standard of quality of service of koncept and the bad behaviour of the service advisors of people like mukeem.
I am requesting mahindra to suggest a better service centre because i am not interested in getting the shabby treatment anymore. Also i would expect mahindra to look into the problem of brake in my car and have it resolved soon.
