I have purchase bolero on dated 14.12.2015 in your odisha sate show room i. E. Utkal automobiles pvt ltd, mancheswar estate bhubaneswar, odisha. Now one year going to be completed. Sorry to say that our taxi refunded amount has not yet received.

Regarding above payment, all the related documents has already been submitted in different whats app and by post also. Regarding above payment, i have telephonic contract and personnel attend, but the utkal automobiles pvt ltd, mancheswar estate has not responded.

In this connection, i may kindly be requested to regularize the matter and send/refund my taxi refund amount as soon as possible. Now i am suffering financial hard ship and facing financial problem to deposit monthly installment and also insurance.
Now all the documents regarding above vehicle is enclosed herewith for your kind information.

      I had purchase this car four years back from global glairre panvel showroom from the day one when the car was deliverd to me from that time my car power window are not working properly and there i made a complain to the car showrroom manger regarding this issue he himself came in the car to see the problem and solve it but they couldnt find it and now they are saying we do understand what is the problem in globlal service centre in panvel and now after four years when from a feedback call came to about the service review i gave them the complain they said will slove the problem but the serice centre is putting on us only here i want all my charges against the window done in free the amount i paid for it should be refund back from the company .         AM really not satisfied with the CAR it is brand new CAR dint expect the breakdown in the middle of Road Gear BOX issues or Clutch issues .
        i need my money back or brand new CAR .
        its not at all worth paying lakhs of RS to this CAR .
        Break down happened on 5th of DEC 2016 so far i have not got any response from any dealer .

          I have purchased a car from Royal Motors Southern avenue branch Kolkata Westbengal

          I have a PATHETIC HORRIBLE AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. They are just fooling me around for the delivery date and time.

          I received the car on 3rd December(Saturday) on TC no. The sales person PRASENJIT promised to take back the car on Sunday 4th. And returned me back the car with registration NO PLATE and accessories on Tuesday 6th December.

          Sunday Prasenjit called and told he will pick my car on Monday 5th Dec. Monday he called me again and told he will pick up car on 6th Dec Tuesday. He picked the car from my place at 1PM and promises again he will deliver the car with accessories no plate and registration at 3.30 PM on same day.

          We wait at their showroom till 7PM in the evening on 6th DCE but not received the car.
          Again Prasenjit committed to deliver my car at 12Noon on 7th Dec. At 12 when I called up he told car will be at my place at 1.30 PM. When I personally reached the showroom I found all accessories are installed but there is no NO plate in the car.

          Moreover he told me to deliver car with a choice of mine for no plate. Now he is saying you can't choose no of the car. And now he is saying that it will take another 7 days to get no of the car and it will come from motor vehicles.

          Its a pure case of bluffing and harrasment and miscomittmrnt at every level.

          Its a horrible experience as I have already given 2Lacs by cheque and my old car. I have given the cheque on 28th NOv 2016.

          I will suggest not to buy a car from this dealer to all of my friends.

          This is my request to give my cash back and my old car. I will not to buy the car any more.

            I have bought TUV 300 AMT from anant cars mysore road branch Bangalore. on 22 sept 2016. with in 7 days vehicle stopped could not move due to power steering fluid drained out. vehicle was toed and sent to service centre.

            with in 70 days and with in 3000 kms. vehicle stopped on the middle of the road. moving vehicle gear engaged to neutral. with great difficulty i could took it to Anant cars. they took 4 days to rectify. After taking delivery of the car with in 7 days again the problem repeated in the middle of the traffic. It was a real hardship. it is the second time i have given the vehicle to Anant cars.

            on 6th the vehicle stopped on the middle of the road. this is the 3rd time for the same problem. I could not move and caused lot of hardship to other vehicles on the road . Anant cars job card no RO17E004646.

            Now i feel this vehicle and company is unreliable. and mahindra is experimenting at our cost.

            customer service executive should ask questions about mahindra vehicle from 1 to 10 score. instead of that they ask about sales man and service engineer.

            I dont recommend this vehicle to anybody.

              Dear sir

              I have purchased mahindra xuv rj27 uc 1212 in november 2013.
              It has been a good experience riding the vehicles of mahindra and also i have referred mahindra vehicles to many of my known persons. Even i purchased mahindra scorpio in 2003 from jaipur also when even there was no showroom in udaipur. Then i purchased mahindra scorpio getaway in april 2015 also.
              Thus i may be a valuable customer of mahindra as i have around 8-10 vehicles of mahindra in my family.

              But recently i had a very bad experience regarding service of mahindra xuv rj27 uc 1212 specially in shockers. I have complained about it many times at ks automobile, udaipur but every time the concerned persons made me fool and they do a normal service and tell me its all right now.

              Again when i tell them that still there is a problem in shockers they just ignored my problem and never gave me proper response. I have been complaining for problem in all four shockers when it was at 90000 kilometers one year ago.

              When my xuv was at 85000 kms i paid 22000/- also to extend the warranty up to 1.5 lac kms after 2 years then for an year they didn't solve my problem.
              And now when my vehicle has crossed 1.5 lac kms then the people at ks automobile are telling me that they are not responsible for anything.
              At last after a lot of arguments for an year now when i told them that "i don't want to spoil the old relations with mahindra either you solve this problem else i will have to take some legal action" then they told me to take any action they do't care.

              Now lastly i hope from you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue. Otherwise i will be compelled to take a legal action.

                Inspite of complaining that clutch, gear and accelerator are not working properly, it was still not addressed. After i gave for 10k service, it has become worse. Major problem with these. Need immediately attention as this is the third time i am raising this issue

                In less than 6 months clutch got replaced. Even after that i started getting issues in few weeks. Later i gave it for 10k service with anant cars, yelahanka, clearly citing this issue and asked them to ensure it is fixed as it is repeating. But to my dismay, it was not fixed. Now it is appearing again within few weeks of 10k service

                Very poor and callous response when I call Mahindra Customer Care. Service center @ Sireesh is saying that clutch is gone again and that it was never replaced as mentioned in September. I really want to get rid of my car now. I will never buy anything from Mahindra going forward. Such inferior quality, unbelievably pathetic customer service !!!

                  I'm so so so disappointed in the reliability of the Mahindra scorpio mhawk pick up 2.2l. I purchased this vehicle new, thinking, buying a new vehicle I would not have any issues and it would be a vehicle that would last. Little to say, it's been a nightmare! I've done 84000 km and in that time, the clutch has gone twice, and 20000km after the clutch was replaced it's started slipping now for the 3rd time. Oval tyres found on the vehicle from new, shock absorbers leaking at 30000kms, 2 air regulators replaced, volume control button on steering wheel popping off, tail gate straps constantly snapping, exhaust manifold cracking, and the rust issue... just shocking! Rust popping up all over. Rust started after 6 months from new.

                  I ask Mahindra the question, after spending so much on purchasing this vehicle, do you really think this vehicle is of any good standard? Is there anything Mahindra will do to rectify this? Or will I be getting the same service that I get where I purchased the vehicle? Of which, is not much!

                    Just regretting on my decision to buy mahindra kuv...in 1st service they sent driver side window switch broken. Have been running the car for last 6 months without being able to open the window. Sent for 2nd service early so that they replace the switch but they didn't replace as promised and said part is not available. To add to the frustration they broke the locking system and sent the car at home. Will sell the kuv and never buy any mahindra car in my life.

                            I have booked aflat in Mahindra Lifespaces in their Mahindra Antheiya project in Pimpri, Pune, Maharastra in end of 2014.

                            They told me at the time of booking that, they will give possession of flat in January, 2016. But they could not do so till Nov, 2016.

                            And they are not willing to pay us any charges for delay, nor they are considering my request to calcell since 6 month due to delay.

                            I am staying in rentalflat since 15 months in Pune and paying Rs. 15000/PM rent( having registered agreement of same).

                            Please advise me, I need your help, if needed i can send the copies of documents and mails from them about delay.

                            And they say, if i want to cancell, i have to pay around Rs.4.5 Lakhs do do so.

                              I have given my scorpio VLX model AS01AM 6281 owner name JUSTIN LAISHRAM for servicing of parts in Imphal Mahindra Showroom servicing center. Shivz Autotech Pvt Ltd.
                              I Would like to note that my servicing for the same part(window motor, A.C regulator and sound, and other parts) were repeatedly given several time in few months gap for same problem.
                              In November month 2016 when I gave my vehicle for starter complaint and button for fuel opener it took almost 2 weeks time for them to deliver the vehicle and when its finally delivered I realise my fuel cap were missing and back door lock were not working and so i couldnt open the back door. WHEN I raise these complaint, a STAFF Name Boinow responded rudely and said my complain never make any sense. His reason were that they never touch the back door and the fuel cap were missing since before I gave them the vehicle. According to him there is no rule to check the vehicle parts prior to accept the vehicle for service. I found out about the fuel cap in pump and when I call mahindra thats when BOINOW told me about the missing cap. This means they let me drive back without the fuel cap.
                              THIS WOULD BE MY 4TH TIME IN MAHINDRA IMPHAL FOR SERVICING IN PAST 5-6 MONTHS. I am really disappointed of this servicing center. Now according to Boinow in phone call, the manger also wont accept the complaint.

                                Please note, i am forced to put this in the forum as there is no response from customer care or even vp level escalation inspite of my multiple follow-ups. There was not even an automated response mail on my query.

                                I own mahindra scorpio vlx mhawk 2012 model. Till now i was of opinion that mahindra scorpio is a tough utility suv perfect for off-road and bad roads. I loved my vehicle like my kid and use to praise hell lot to my friends recommending to buy it.

                                Note : my vehicle is just 40, 000 run and runs in normal city conditions with long drive on express ways. This vehicle is regularly serviced and kept with utmost care.

                                Today i gave it for 40000 kms servicing and following things were told to me :

                                1. Coolant pipe is leaking.
                                - excellent, heart line of vehicle is made so weak that the rubber starts leaking within 4 years of purchase and not too much run. This was expected to serve life time as this can cause serious damage to the engine. Frankly speaking this came as surprise. I have been owing many vehicle and of all types, never heard of this.
                                2. Upper and lower ball joints of front suspension requires replacement.
                                3. Link rods in suspension requires replacement.
                                - thanks to god that i did not take my vehicle for off-road or bad roads. I wonder with such nice roads and nicely driven conditions, if these got damaged what happens if i start using scorpio for the actual suv purpose. I must say, very bad quality suspension. No durability. I think maruti 800 might have better suspension parts than “mahindra scorpio”. I drove this in my young days and in bad roads, at least never heard of anything like this.

                                4. U j moscs require replacement
                                - this was last thing i expected, axle accessory. Even this needs replacement.

                                This is what mahindra is giving for a top end vehicle costing 14 lakhs and representing india’s first suv? With just 4 years and 40000 kms run, it’s like shattered. Suspension parts gone, coolant the most critical component gone, axle parts gone!

                                Last but not the least, even the gear knob which costs 3000 is also gone. Such big vehicle with heavy gears, a costly gear knob just gives service for 4 years?

                                    I purchased a Mahindra Scorpio 2013 in October 2014 with 25, 000 kms. from Gildemesiter here in Santiago Chile and within the first weeks I already had to take it in for maintenance which I did in Cerillos for air conditioning, left blinker wasnt working, seatbelts were broken, radio stopped working, the reverse gear was getting stuck, etc. the car broke down multiple times including both times on the freeway putting me and my family members highly at risk. The last time it broke down 4 hours from Santiago which it was spitting out gas and left completely stopped working. From there it was in the shop for close to 7 months because there was an issue with the guarantee...Let me repeat myself 7 MONTHSSSSSS!!! They finally fixed the vehicle ...Supposedly with the worst customer service ever in Fortaleza. 3 weeks afterwards the motor breaks down again on the freeway. Now it is in the shop and they are asking me all these questions which I have responded to with documents and nothing is being done. I gave them till tomorrow to get the vehicle out so I can fix it myself and sell it ASAP and warn people of this terrible company!!! Just want to let you guys know . WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! By the way, I have photos, videos and phone call recordings.. My lawyer advised me not to post them until later. Hopefully, I will receive an answer from higher above.

                                      I made repaired my car in meet associates sultanpur u.p.it was accidental case but they did not follow proper way so my claim was not fully passed because prior permission was not taken to insurance company.my insurance policy is zero dip.i contact to insurance company and they told that agency has not taken prior permission to add up additional part.

                                        We regret to inform you that we (PK CUTTING TECH PVT.LTD, CHENNAI) handed over our above said vehicle to repair and services under your dealer India Garage on[protected]. After the national insurance surveyor inspect the vehicle, we given the approval to proceed further execution work. But the vehicle is not yet ready due to non availability of spares. Actually, we are using this vehicle to deliver our product to various customers on day by day. Now we hired a vehicle on rental basis, the rental cost is Rs.3500/day. As we are waiting more than a week, we have spent more than Rs.25000.00.
                                        Plz. take an appropriate action to repair and return our vehicle at immediate and help us to minimize our financial lose.
