This is to inform you regarding my bad experience with mahindra showroom in thekkemala, kozhencherry, pathanamthitta district (Recently opened), last week i gave my thar for wash and oil change, they took 2 days to finish the services and charged around 9000 rupees, i don't care if i pay for something worth but when i get my vehicle, i felt very bad with the overall services and attitude of your staff when they deal with customers, i showed them the dust inside my vehicle after they did the wash, but the reply i got from your staff was very pathetic. One light and one horn were not working, both were working before i gave to your showroom.
We went for a long trip the very next day we got our vehicle from your showroom, on the way we faced some problems which was not there before, and those can lead to accidents, then we took it to other workshop and i spend another 5000 rupees for solving it.
As a customer of mahindra, i feel shame of myself for buying vehicles from your showroom.
Please don't do these kind of things to your customers in the future. And please make your staf[censored]nderstand the value and manners they should show to the customers. Was this information helpful? |
