I bought tuv 300 from india garage mount road on sept 2019 and driven only 3800 kms till the date... From the day 1... I was having problem,,,, first was the door glass which was making tuk tuk, and second was the bonnet which was not closing from one side, i took back the car to the dealer and he told that he will get it corrected in the first service... Fine the above problems were solved and after some date that is on 13.12.2019 i was driving with my family and kids all of sudden some rubber burning smell with smoke came from ac unit of the car, (It was horrible that it could have choked us and killed us inside the car) i sided the car and open the bonnet and checked, it was full of smoke and smell,, i called the rsa team and they came and checked and they told that this model all cars have the common problem that the clutch plate is burned out or ac could be burned out,, so they left the with my car to nearest service centre of my dealer,, in rsa it was written that taxi would be arrange if the car was picked up, no taxi was arranged and i myself arranged for the taxi and came home,, i was really humiliated by this,, next following day i received the call from the service center,, service advisor also told that this car has a common of clutch plate burning,, so it might be the problem,, and also said that he checked and the clutch has been burned half the way and it can be faulty in any time,, i asked how could be possible and he blamed me that i am not driving the car properly so it was resulted,,, this was really bad thing by the sa,,, he told me to spend me rs.20000 for new clutch plate.. With this dissatisfaction i bought the car back,, i have made very grave mistake of believing mahindra blindly as a indian brand,,,
Even today when i start my car ac the burning smell is coming and mahindra highly experienced skilled service advisor unable to find the fault,,, i feel like some one has looted me...
