Dear Mahindra Customer care,

With a lot of regret I want to inform you yet again that I had been cheated beyond imagination by your team at your authorized service centre of Indraprastha Automobiles at Wazir pur industrial area on Sunday 13th August 2017

I had taken my vehicle TUV 800 with registration number DL 8C AC 8683 to the same work shop on 5th August 2017 for the second free service of my vehicle at 10, 000 Kms. As your workshop is ill equipped to handle even the minute jobs of retouching on the scratches and repairing the back foot step, my vehicle was again picked up yesterday for taking it to your authorised body shop at Siras Pur to complete these pending jobs. I gave a time for the pick up at 7:30 am in the morning to take my vehicle to Siras pur body shop and return the vehicle in the evening.

I was surprised to get a call from Mr. Vineet( Advisor) from Mahindra Wazirpur workshop around 4 Pm yesterday evening that as my vehicle is under painting for the small scratch on the outside of the driver door, I will get my vehicle tomorrow.
It was a bit of a shock to me as I did not ask for any painting job to be done on my door.

Mr. Vineet even told me that he had himself visited Siras pur Mahindra body shop and checked that my vehicle is under painting.

I confronted him and asked him why he has not taken permission from me before initiating any such job as it is my vehicle and they should take my consent before doing any such useless job to spoil my car.

Immediately after speaking to Mr. Vineet I had called up the Manager Mr. Ajay Singhal at the Wazirpur workshop and he also gave me false stories that my vehicle is under painting and as the paint cannot dry so quickly they will deliver my vehicle tomorrow.

I even sent a message to Mr. Singhal and Mr. Vineet asking for an explanation but they did not bother to give me any reply as usual.

I got suspicious and rushed to Siras Pur workshop to locate my vehicle. I was shocked to know that my vehicle has not come to the workshop contrary to what Mr. Vineet(Mr. Liar) told me with such confidence.

When I again called up Mr. Vineet regarding the ware bouts of my vehicle he told me that he does not know as Mr. Ajay Singhal has handled it which was another lie.

When I called Mr. Ajay Singhal he told me that he does not know either and he needs to check with some Deepak. It was a clear case of cheating and misleading the your loyal customer as few minutes ago he was the one who told me that my vehicle in under painting.

I became so tense on getting no trace of my vehicle that I rushed to your Wazir pur work shop immediately to check my vehicle.

I was running like a mad around the city to search for my vehicle.

After reaching the wazirpur workshop I found my vehicle and conformed with Mr. Vineet and Mr. Singhal regarding telling lies and false statements one after the other to me.

I was complete shocked when Mr.Ajay told me that they have got the small patch on the door painted from an un-authorised and un approved work shop by esteemed Mahindra.

In addition to the fraud committed by your workshop team they were still trying to defend themselves and prove that they have done the right procedure by getting the portion of my vehicle door repainted without my knowledge and consent from a work shop not approved and authorised by Mahindra.

I had requested them to give me in writing regarding the same to which they refused as expected.

Please let me know who has given them the right to experiment on my vehicle and who will be responsible for spoiling the original company painted paint on my car and who will be held responsible for the everlasting problems in peeling of paint, blisters and difference in colour which will keep on arising one after the other in due course of time as has happened in the past with my Quanto vehicle.

"It is such a shame and ridiculous behaviour by you staff to betray your loyal customer and keep on giving fraudulent and conflicting statements one after the other”.

I would like you to look into this matter seriously and take strict action against the people responsible for such a shameful and misleading act.

Further I would like to inform you that the problem with the back step still remains as it is as your people are highly incompetent to sort it out.

Can you please let me know how do you define your high service and customer satisfaction standards followed by Mahindra ???? and how can you allow a customer’s vehicle to be un-necessarily repainted at a local unauthorised and unapproved work shop.

After all this incident the general Manager of the workshop Mr. Hansraj Sharma offered to help and gave a suggestion that he will get the original factory painted door arranged directly from Mahindra and will open its packing and bill in front of me and get it replaced for which he needs some days time to which I have agreed although I know it is impossible to arrange a factory painted door which will exactly match with the paint of my vehicle which is 10 months old.

I would be very honest to tell you that the work shop at Indraprastha Wazir pur is incapable of handling any of the micro issues and everytime they treat a customer like ####.

It is high time that you acknowledge that staff at the workshop is highly incompetent and does not know how to handle the customer problems and complaints.
They are not at all receptive to customer’s feelings and demands.

I strongly urge you to please look into the matter and take a strict action against them and

As requested to you earlier as well please suggest a suitable workshop near Rohini which can deliver the service properly as I do not want to break my head with the irresponsible staff at your wazirpur workshop.

Please do not forward this mail to Mr. Ajay Singhal for ay remedy as he is also one of the culprits for yesterday’s debacle and is not competent enough to handle any problems.
Please also make sure that this untoward incident is dealt in a professional manner so that any of your staff members do not dare to cheat or mislead a customer ever again.

I also request you to kindly provide me with some quantities of the original paint approved by Mahindra which I can use in case of retouching by the brush in case of any small scratches so that your workshop team does not spoil my vehicle again with road side painting.
