Hi sir / medam, this side me rahul sardana i am taking a new car last week from your auto prime faridabad.. But i have so much issue till now from last week the fuel tank not working properly, charging point issue solving three times and i have same issue still now.. Back gear noice too much.. I am beliving in mahindra so much thats why i am taking kuv100 k4 so plz help me out.. Because i have no so much time for wasting again and again going to showroom so please tell me that kind of your product hows mahindra going to increase...

    Dear sir,

    My mahindra make verito model vehicle (Ap 03 av 1207) sent for the service with prior appointment with the authorised dealer & service centre in tirupati (Balaji agencies), chittoor dt, a. P on[protected]. Before sending my vehicle i confirmed that there is noise in wheel bearing with service centre for the same they needs 2 days maximum for to complete the said works.

    After sending my vehicle i recieved a call from the service centre and said vehicle needs to change wheel bearing sets of 2 nos and general service costs about rs15000 to 16000. I given clearence for to do the same.

    I waited for a day and enquired about the vehicle with concerned supervisor. He said they will deliver the vehicle on[protected]butnot recieved the vehicle. And said supervisor gone on leave.

    I went to the service station[protected] and enquired with the another supervisor. He shows my vehicle out side service shed with scraped cars. I questioned the incharge "why you are not sent my vehicle" he appologised and agrreed to send vehicle on[protected] and asked for test drive. At that time i observed cluch is in tight condition and little bit noise in dash board. They said that it needs to change cluch cable and repair in dash board. I given clearence for that also and paid money about rs 25000/- for that also.

    But i didn't recieved my vehicle on[protected] and sent the vehicle on[protected] after repeated follow up with them. Vehicle delivered with the worest condition with proper inspection, cleaning and testing (Why i am saying this is i am not in position to change gears).

    The same i intimated to the manager. He sent one technician for to inspect. And again saidthat it needs to change the cluch plates. I asked supervisor to correct the problem which is caused at your service centre. He refused and not attending my calls.

    I went on[protected] to the service centre and raised the issue with their dgm and correct their mistakes and i sit for two hours and asked the job card for my vehicle to know who attended and how they supervised. But they cann't find that and accepted to correct it.

    They sent another driver to take my vehicle on[protected] and again they didnot attended vehcle problem kept aside till[protected] when i went to the service centre and refuesed to do that problem. After the discussions they said they agreed to do.

    They sent the vehicle on[protected] with little change in the problem.

    This shows that they are not fit for to operate service centre because

    1) they didn't have proper check list with them at time of collecting vehicle from the customer.

    2) they didn't have qualified technician's with them to inspect to the incoming vehicle.

    3) they are looting customer's money because of their lapses.

    4) they didn't have proper security to the vehicles (Suspecting thefting of parts in the vehicles)

    5) they will do un wanted works like wheel allignement and balancing for to increase bill amount.

    6) they are not in position to answer the customers and refusing to do the works and saying "you can complain and cann't do anything againest them"

    With the above i recieved vehicle with tight in gear shifting and got huge loss paying money to the service centre & for the hired vehicle.

    I hope you will do the justise.

    The above complaint lodged with you in the month of june till today i din"t get any information from your side and i will another two weeks. After that we have only way to move local consumer forums if i didn't get any information from you end.

      Yesterday (13/08/2017), my bolero pickup van no-wb 37 d 2334 broke down at pandaveshwar road at around 10 pm. I called up on the 24*7 helpline number who provided me a local helpline number. I called up on that number which was not in service. I called back again on the 24*7 which was switched off. It was a complete messup and i had to hire local help to bring the vehicle to asansol. I wasnt even called back and asked for any assistance further nor anyone cared about my problem. A very poor and dissatisfying service indeed from such a reputed organisation.in future i will definately take care of the things and kindly suggest me if there is any other higher authority where i can lodge a complaint and explain my greif towards such an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior towards a customer.

      thank you for your deep concern towards my grief and complaint against the 24*7 helpline which was really pathetic on the day of may need, but i am happy to inform you that the complaint was properly taken care by the concerned department of yours and i also recieved several apology calls from the organisation.
      The very next day the issues relted to the vehicle was resolved and i was convinced and satisfied with the services for which i am really thankful to the nearest service centre in Asansol.
      The service centre also adviced me to claim the RAC which i already had but as I took all the trouble and had to bear the cost to bring my vhicle back to asansol i had to spend rs 4500/-.
      Sir/madam. I would like you to please reimburse the amount as it was also promised to me from the service centre.
      Hoping for a quick response and an early reply from your end.

        This is Raja Nikhil, I am having a Mahindra thar 2016 december model registration number is TS O8 FB 8055 CHASIS NUMBER IS MA1SL4BUNG2K71356, THIS vehicle is 8 months old and literally more than 20 times it's been to service centre with various issues already cluster has been changed for 3 times and there is lekage of coolant water many time I have complained to your delaer VVC MOTORS HYDERABAD but I didn't got solved with any of the issues and the the vehicle is making several sounds, knocking sounds are made in the hood of the car and now the major problem during the condition of rain or any water activities the water pours into the car so for this problem I have been to service centre and for alomst they took my vehicle for a week due the water dashboard is also getting wet and some electrical switches are making problem

        IN THIS SENARIO the Mahindra people has applied M-SEAL for my vehicle which is a very worst job done by them is this the way how they treat the car putting an M-SEAL to it below are some attached pictures you can see them
        This is the worst service and problems I am facing from Mahindra and Mahindra hope you solve my problems the dealer is just suggesting me to install an hard top costing 1 lakh for my lekage issues instead of solving my problems

          I have been purchasing more than 5 vehicles from shivz autotech pvt ltd, ghari, airport road, imphal, manipur and their service is not satisfied at all, starting from spare parts to new registration of vehicle. Presently two vehicles are lying in their service centre which is more than 3 months and nothing action has been taken up. Several times i tried to contact or meet them but i didn't get no update or respond. This is the situation i am facing in this above mentioned dealer.

            I have purchased the vehicle from shashank auto in the month of feb 2016. From first day i have facing lots of problem in my vehicle. After one month turbo problem. After every one month i am expending 10to15000 rs in my vehicle in shashank auto muzaffarpur and finally now my vehicle is again in shashank auto from 25 days mechanics are opened the engine and and saying piston is down and piston is not available in all over india it will take another one month to repair and resolve the problem of my vehicle in shashank auto. The vehicle is run only 50000 km since then i have been facing serious problem time and again however i took things on a lighter note every time. This time i am going to file an official complaint against (Shashank auto - mahindra and mahindra) you guys in consumers court.

            2 months ago I have get service my Scorpio S10 at G3 Motors Navi Mumbai and after one day I got the problem in my diesel flap motor when I visit the service centre advisor order the motor in warranty But till today I don't get any satisfied answer

                Jeeto's coolant delery system failed ilwhen informed dealer he siad it is new engine it usee more coolant and he sold me 10 bottels of coolant i came back riffilling collant two times between 160kms.
                Engine crashed on road dealer said to toe the vehicle to showroom...{offerd no rsa}
                Dealer repaired it and billed 42000rs and asked 50% of the bill.
                Again after 25000kms running engine is being opened for repair of piston & crank shaft dealer is asking 50% 11000rs as its rapairing charges will be 22000rs.

                  I am given my car for the full service.

                  Man came at my home have took my car gently and he gave us proper response.

                  When my car came at home in the night he gave us key and i gave service cost to him.

                  Next day morning while i am checking my car i saw there are to much dust into the car they don't clean the car from the inside.

                  While i purchased car there is one problem i suggest it many time to your representative but it can not solved yet.

                    On 9jul 2017, my xuv 500 had a problem of shaking from the engine when trying to proceed after a traffic stop. I called up mahindra centre in imphal. Thereafter i was advised to report there at the servicing centre, tulihal imphal. So, i took my vehicle there on 11/7/17. I was told to leave the vehicle there. Concerned about the progress, i called up the centre on daily basis. The responses i received was
                    1-less manpower ;so they could start checking. Checking was done after 2 weeks following many reminders.
                    2- i went to see the progress at the centre. They showed me a dismantled gearbox with the faulty parts, some were broken, others were having scratches."one the assembly in the gearbox needs replacement and roughly will cost almost 50, 000/-in total" i was told. This seems not reasonable. But left with no option i okayed.
                    3-they have ordered the replacement part
                    From other mahindra centres but the reply i got is "the part is on the way". The repair has not taken place till date.
                    My vehicle is lying there at the mahindra centre unrepaired for 31 days now.
                    #my concern here is "the service of mahindra, especially imphal is not up to the standard as claimed by the company"needs redressal in terms of customer care, parts availability, manpower, speed of service etc please"
                    Looking forward for better days ahead with mahindra.

                    Please refer earlier requests.
                    I just got a call from M&M Imphal that the gear box parts is coming from Pune(as not available in Northeast, kolkatta etc)and has not reached Imphal.
                    Please let me know how long is required to wait henceforth(the vehicle has been there since 10/7/2017).
                    My vehicle XUV500 no.MNO2A 3296 is lying for the last 31 days in the Mahindra servicing centre, Tulihal, Imphal still unrepaired.You can imagine the amount of handicapped situations without the vehicle.
                    Reasons given for late repair was non availability of gearbox parts(one of the assembly part estimated to cost almost 45, 000/-exorbitant).
                    Request address the issue at the earliest please.I will be grateful.Thanks.

                      Hi, i have bought a tuv 300 amt in the month of feb 2017 and from there amt malfunctional indicator light is showing on. I have informed the mechanic at mancherial dealer, instead attending to compliant he is pointing out on my driving skills. I dont have time to get into a fist fight with your mechanics. Also there is a hell of wheel spinning issue and a very bad suspension. Would you like to address that too. If you have time to read my compliant.

                        I was purchased kuv 100 k6+ model in july 2016. At that time company says this car average is 27 for eco mode. And 25 for power mode. But they cheated with me original average is 15 for eco mode and 12 for power mode. I am complaning about this problem during first service of my car nearest workshop. They said average will come. My car was travelled 13000 km but there is no change in average. If you are not take desciplinery action about mahindra cheated company. I will got consumer forum. Car pick up is very bad. Overall mahindra cars experience is very bad. If you are not taken any desciplinery action than i will go consumer forum.

                        I just wanted to know that is software update for xuv 500 is chargeable or not.i.e ecosense android update. Before i asked them they told that it is free of cost. Now they are saying its chargeable.

                          It is a matter of great disappointment to me when i came to know from my mahindra & mahindra dealer, kiran automobiles, kumhrar, patna, that there is no provision for fitting reverse camera in bolero slx. I am going to take the delivery in october, 2017. Can it not be provisioned? I should tell you that i am an ardent fan of bolero. So far i have remained hopeful of getting accessories fitted into my bolero. But that seems to be a daydream. However, bolero is still the best in my eyes. One more request that i would like to make that central govt. Employees may be discounted a bit more.

                            Hi,
                            I have purchased an xuv 500 on 21st june and paid for the fog lamps as an additional accessory, while making the purchase, the distributors of mahindra in thrissur, kerala assured the availability of inventory. I have made more than 30 complaints and follow ups with the distributor and the parent company. They just don't seem to bother. How do i go about with this issue.

                              मैं अपनी TUV गाड़ी को जो कि अभी गारंटी में है, गियर में आवाज के कारण 15 दिन पहले अपने शहर में स्थापित सुप्रीम ऑटोमोबाइल में लेकर गया, जहां उन्होंने बताया कि गियर बॉक्स में कोई पार्ट चेंज होगा जो कि उनके पास उपलब्ध नही था तो मैंने उनसे निवेदन किया कि जल्दी मंगवाकर मेरी गाड़ी रिपेयर करा दें तथा उस दिन मैंने गाड़ी को अन्य मररम्मत जैसे रेगुलर सर्विस, एलाइनमेंट और ब्रेक डिस्क आदि के लिए वहाँ छोड़ दिया जो कि मुझे शाम को गाड़ी रिपेयर के बाद वापिस मिल गयी, लेकिन गाड़ी की मरम्मत से मैं संतुस्ट नहीं हुआ क्यों कि गाड़ी एलाइनमेंट के बाद भी लेफ्ट साइड को खींच रही थी तथा टायर खा रही थी जो कि मैंने फीडबैक में उनको बता भी दिया । 3-4 दिनों बाद गियर की आवाज़ ज्यादा बढ़ने के बाद मैंने गाड़ी चलानी कम कर दी तथा सुप्रीम से गियर के पार्ट्स के लिए FOLLOW UP करता रहा । परसों 07/08/17 को सुप्रीम से मुझे फ़ोन मिला कि गियर के पार्ट्स आ गए हैं और मैं गाड़ी Drop कर दूँ, मैंने उनसे पूछा कि कितना टाइम लगेगा तो उन्होंने बताया के अगर मैं सुबह सुबह गाड़ी छोड़ दूँगा तो दोपहर बाद मुझे गाड़ी वापिस मिल जाएगी । मैं कल यानि 08/08/17 को सुबह सुबह सबसे पहले गाड़ी वहाँ देने पहुँच गया, 35 मिनट तो वहाँ उनकी मीटिंग खत्म होने के लिए wait करता रहा तथा उसके बाद पुनः confirm करके गाड़ी वहाँ रिपेयर के लिए दे दी तब मुझे 4 बजे का समय दिया गया, लेकिन मैसेज 05:50 का आया तो पूछने पर उन्होंने कन्फर्म किया के सर 1-2 घण्टे फालतू हमें बताना पड़ता है । दोनों बार में सबसे बुरा अनुभव मुझे ये हुआ कि इतनी महंगी गाड़ी रखने के बाद भी मुझे drop कराने की जगह मुझे बाहर ऑटो का रास्ता दिखा दिया, दोनों बार मुझे भरे ऑटो में लटक कर शहर वापिस आना पड़ा । महिंद्रा जैसी नामी कंपनी के डीलर से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं की जा सकती, ग्राहक से चाय पानी पूछना तो दूर उससे टके का व्यवहार कहाँ तक उचित है । मेरी गाड़ी जो कल शाम को मिलनी थी तो कल मुझे बोला गया कि उसका कोई पार्ट खुल नहीं रहा जाम है, अतः गाड़ी 100% सुबह 11 बजे मिलेगी, लेकिन अब 2 बजे तक भी गाड़ी का कोई अता पता नहीं है । इतने बुरे अनुभवों के बाद क्या कोई महिंद्रा गाड़ी रखना या खरीदना पसन्द करेगा, कम से कम मैं तो नहीं करूंगा । अगर गारंटी वाली शर्त ना हो तो कोई उपभोक्ता महिंद्रा शोरूम में सर्विस कराना पसन्द नहीं करेगा । बहुत दुखी मन से TUV खरीदने के बाद दूसरी बार मुझे अपने अनुभव सांझा करने पड़ रहे हैं ।

                                Dear sir,
                                We bought zylo car (No - wb 74 ad 0753) from khokon motor, siliguri in 2014.
                                I personally drive my car.
                                In first year within 12 month faced clutch burn problem and replaced the same which i drive the car only 10000 km.
                                Again we facing same problem another completing 10000 km and replace the same.2016.
                                In 2016 dec. Again we facing same clutch problem and change the parts after compleating 5000 km.
                                Now in 2017 augest 4th, again my car problem in clutch parts and we could not drive my car as i fully less interested to drive your zylo car whearas i got soft sentiment about mahindra brand and we know that after 30000 km, clutch parts may be change.
                                In siliguri showroom, simply they charged the parts but in 4 year running, it become more painfull to changed the clutch 4 times.
                                I dont know the reason and looking for your quick sattlement in this regards
                                Otherwise we have no option to go for other brand.

                                Mahindra and mahindra finance company give the wrong details to cibil. I have not taken any loan from Mahindra finance (chrompet Branch). But in cibil report shows (Auto loan taken from Mahindra and it was over due.

                                Please take action ASAP

                                  Hello sir
                                  I had purchased mahindra scorpio s10 around 15 days before from narayan automobiles chinhat road lucknow at the time of purchasing they promised me to do give somethings related to my car like body cover and the way of talking to the customer was very wrong. Earlier also i had scorpio only i am a regular customer but if they will talk like this so i cant think it will be helpfull.
                                  Hope so actions will be taken.

                                    Bought on 24.6.12 ran only around 37500 kms till date and the clutch suddenly went free midway on a very busy road. Thank god, no collision.
                                    Car to be towed to the service centre.
                                    Confused how such a thing could happen only within 37500 kms?
                                    Expert says there is no clutch wire but a cylinder which must have leaked and can only be replaced and at the service centre only. Again disturbed that this could happen in such a short mileage and that too cannot be repaired roadside!!
