Wheel private ltd vasai palghar. — — On jan 16 i have booked mahindra xuv 300 w8 autoshift from angel auto vasai palghar with booking amount of ₹11000 and the staff told me car will available end of this month for sure so i waited but after a week i ask again what happen to my car did you got from company or not and he don’t have any answers on that then i try another showroom thats call salasar auto from thane and the guy from there told me yes i can give u car end of this month as he check his cell phone and said the car will be available on 29th of jan from company then i ask again and again he said yes confirm i will give you delivery by first week of feb then i said ok let me talk to angel auto vasai first as i have made booking with them and i call on 24th jan the guy from angel auto wheels from vasai to ask about update on my car and he has no answer about car delivery so i told him i got from some other showroom and i want to cancel my booking as this one is 100% refundable and he said wait let me ask my senior and bla bla so i give him time till evening and he didn’t call me so i am the one call him and ask about cancellation decisions and he don’t have answers again so i said ok pls confirm that i have cancel my booking with angel auto wheel vasai and refund my money on my bank account or check or cash whatever and he said ok Then after few days wait i call them again and ask about my refund they said i need to write a letter to angel auto vasai so i write on 30 jan and submitted to there team leader who has to come for make booking the car at my home and she said fine then after few days as i waited nothing happen so i call the person from angel auto vasai and ask about this what happened as the angel auto vasai want to refund my booking amount or not in clear words and he said i just came from leave as he got bike accidents so i said ok just check for me so after few days i call him again and ask what happened he said in process and till today 13 feb nothing happened i am really very very disappointing about there service and how they treated me now in all this mahindra and mahindra name was going down Mahindra is and indian brand thats why i choose xuv300 And this happen to me I have another concern also but i will discuss after this Bhaveh d naik [protected] [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked XUV700 from Dee Emm Mahindra Gurgaon. Sales man said that car will be available by Nov 2022. When I checked again in Dec, he said agla number aapka he hai and will be available by Dec 2022. Again in Jan 2023 he said same. In Feb 2023, I got a status from Mahindra website that my car is at dealership and will be delivered to me on 14 Feb. I am attaching screen shot of my status. I again checked at dealerahip, they said that your car is not with us. i asked them to provide that in written but they denied. Now nobody is going to help me, neither dealer nor mahindra's customer care.

As told by the salesman that your booking amount is refundable at any point of time.
After all its their fault only, if I had received it on time, I may purchase the vehicle but due to their unprofessional attitude. I want my booking amount back.
And, now they were ignoring my calls.
Sir please help me in this pendamic.
