Sir i am the owner of mahindra altrus g4 my car is only 11 month old., sir i buy such a expensive car of mahindra instead of fortuner, because mahindra give me assurance that this car is better than fortuner. Sir i am facing so much problem in car there is so much berring problem in car etc from the last 10 days but company not take any action against it. So i reqst u to take ur car back and give me my money back... Mahindra give me luxary but no able to provide good service to mantain that luxary... Ther is no doubt that ur car is far better in every thing than the fortuner but plz provide us service like toyota... Thank u

    My vehicle clogged 98, 000 km whereupon mahindra & mahindra dealer & service center apr automobiles gaya (Bihar) (Dealer state code 10) advised me to change complete rear differential housing and renew all three pistons & liners which complied and rs1, 19, 800/- paid to them (Ro no. Ro20a009157). Apr auto took 28 days to repair keeping the vehicle at their service center. During post repair trial turbo charger found making squeaky noise and same shown to apr auto. Tel turbocharger found to contain engine oil & dust post repair and hence damaged. This was original turbo and did not have any problem prior giving to apr auto pvt ltd gaya for repairs. How did oil & dust get inside t/c leading to damaging the complete turbocharger while the vehicle was with the dealer repair workshop all the while. Now the dealer is asking me to buy new tel turbocharger costing approx rs 64, 000/- why shall me a customer be penalized for negligence and improper repair by a mahindra dealer and its untrained mechanics. Kindly take up issue with your dealer and get the turbocharger repaired or replaced with no cost to me the customer since its entirely due to improper upkeep and incorrect repair the the t/c of my vehicle has been damaged while my vehicle was with your dealer for 28 days at their service center undergoing engine overhaul & repair. They can not claim that t/c was damaged before it came to their service center since prior accepting the vehicle for engine overhaul, the dealer did carry out test run and found no problem with the said turbo charger.     The turbocharger was sent to TEL Service Center Patna (Bihar) today and upon inspection they found the turbocharger damaged due engine oil & dust leaking into the t/c. It can not be repaired by TEL Patna. They advised to take another reconditioned turbocharger in lieu without any guarantee. A Mahindra customer should not be unduly penalized for repair by an authorized Mahindra Car Sales & Service Dealer.

      Since, i have buyed the car, there are continous issues in the car.
      1) disk brake problem
      2) continous noise in dashboard
      3) shockup problem
      4) door noise
      5) gear box completely damaged

      My vehicle rj45ch4384, repair order no. Ro20n016420 was given to the service center dated 27 january 2020 in jaipur (Auto world, sitapura) and i was promised the delivery of my vehicle for 8 february. However, there is unknown delay in the vehicle delivery and the dealer/ service center has not shared any valid reason for the same. I do understand delays due to unexpected & unavoidable reason but at the same time, also expect timely update. However, there was no communication initiated from mahindra service center and i kept following up on the delivery of my vehicle. This also includes a complain registered on your company's customer care through phone almost a week ago.

      With this complain, i have also uploaded a screen shot of message which was sent to me promising delivery date of my vehicle.

      After 48 hours delay post promised date of 8 february and another follow-up from my end, i was given a very unexpected/ irresponsible and unprofessional response from the representative mentioning that "the required spare part is not available and can only be acquired by the end of february and hence, either i can collect my vehicle without the required new spare part or leave the vehicle in the service center and collect when the spare parts become available."

      The above response from your authorized dealer/ service center of mahindra is completely unacceptable and if not expedited, i am now willing to push my complain in consumer court as there is no way i will collect an unfit vehicle and put my and my family's life in danger because of inability of mahindra service center to deliver. Neither i am going to leave the vehicle in service center for another 3 weeks which would result in increased travel expenditure for me and my family on a daily basis.

      I expect a prompt response and action on this complain from your end.

        Service head is forcing every advisor to do targets like daily labour and vas, due to heavy pressure some times they are billing to customers more with out doing any job or work. That is not an advisor doing mistakes its the service head he is telling that what ever you do i don't care i need my target done. I didn't see such type of pressure on service advisor in any other companies.
        I don't know why they are creating that much of pressure but due to that pressure they are doing mistakes. If customer refuses the offer what advisor can do so some of them are making bills without intimation and saying that it will come under maintenance service

          We have a tuv300 just after a 10 days of delivery from service we got our engine breakdown and taken to service centre they are saying engine has to be opened and cannot claim engine warranty. Vehicle is 2.5 years old and close to 50000 driven. We had a regular on time service till 24000 kms. Later service was taken after 40000 kms. Technician said there was a coolant pipe cut down it would have given alert as per driver mentioned the vehicle got some unique sound from engine and he stopped huge fumes came out of engine. Later they stopped and brought car by towing to service centre.

                    मैंने दीपक श्रीवास्तव 24.01.2020 को रॉयल ऑटोमोबाइल्स ग्वालियर मेला से महिन्द्रा मराजो m2 white colour की बुक की थी| जिस पर डीलर ने मझे 5 दिन के अंदर कार देने की बात कही थी, जिस पर मैंने बैंक से डी.डी. भी बनवा लिया था, पर डिलीवरी के एक दिन पहेले मझसे कहा गया कि हमारा स्टॉक आने में टाइम लग रहा है इसलिये आप कुछ दिन और रुक जाये| आज मेरे पुन: पूछने पर कार देने से मन कर दिया गया और किसी दूसरे colour का आप्शन दिया गया अब जब मेले में rto बेनेफिट्स ख़तम होने पर आ रहे है तो डीलर द्वारा कोई संतोष जनक जबाब नहीं मिल रहा है और ना ही फ़ोन उठाये जा रहे है| मेरी डी.डी. के चार्जेज, स्टाम्प पेपर आदि के खर्चे ओर मेरा समय बर्बाद रॉयल ऑटोमोबाइल्स ग्वालियर द्वारा किया गया अब जबकि में दूसरी कंपनी की कार लेने पर भी विचार नहीं कर प रहा हूँ|

                      Hi. I have submitted a request for test drive of xuv 500. It's been 2 weeks since the car is in reapir and the showroom is still giving the same answer when asked for. Here i'm bothered by two questions.
                      1. Is the service of mahindra so poor that they themselves can't resolve the issue.?
                      2. Is th xuv not of the suv standard the company is boasting of?
                      I've been a huge fan of xuv and wanted to own one but the response of the company is making my enthusiasm lesser by the day.

                        Dear sir,
                        I purchased my mahindra xuv300 on december 6 from koncept automobiles. The dealer said that i will receive my rc within 15-18 days. Even after 20 to 25 days there was no update from the dealer about my rc and neither did he cared to contact me and inform me about any development. I always called him and asked him but there was always a new excuse every time i contacted him.

                        Now more than 2 months have passed but there is still no update from the dealer's end.

                          I was placed my vehicle of service in nbs mahindra workshop. After four days i get to know that required parts not available in workshop, it will be take 6-7 days. After taking to service manager wadekar and his senior santosh shetty i get to know that they are finding problem in my car till date. I don't know that proper mechanic available in workshop or not?
                          Why every time we facing such problems?

                          My self syed Kalim and I am from Chhattisgarh my car xuv300 2nd top model I was only run my car 2000 km and clutch plate was burn and not give any free service charges apply that’s not fear I was totally disappointed by mahindra .
                          Not solve my problem last 3 month. this is the 4th time i remain my problem why ?u can say my contact details i can provide my side but do not call or mail replay for me. this is the ha-deck for me.
                          I have xuv 300 purchased before 5 months. so nowadays in morning time he can’t be starts. he takes a longe self 4 to 5 times then started. I am suffering from this problem 2 months . I also tell to the seller dealer. But no reply to me . So forward my problem.

                            My name is divyang natali from surat, gujarat, india.
                            I purchased new xuv 500 w9 white color with engine no:wtk4m17665
                            Chassis no: ma1yu2wtuk6m16774
                            And registration no: gj05rk8777 on purchase date :28/12/2019 with invoice no: srt/19-20/426 from president motors, umiya nagar society, near shree chosath joganimata mandir circle, udhna magdalla road, surat-394210.
                            On that i already feeling hard in transmission gear system on 1st to 2nd gear sifting but they told car is new so it will be hard after some days when it will be in running condition that will be smooth.
                            But it will not done after some time approx 1000 km, my 1sr service due on 15 jan and i registered pickup facility for 1st free service.
                            On that time i again raise the same complain to service department and other some small complain regarding desk board. But after service my both complain was not resolved.
                            Than i again called the service person who handle my service 1st time and again raised my complain. After than they again picked up my car and till the day it will be under service.
                            Today i personally met with head of the department of that service center mr pankaj (M:[protected]) and he told me the reason that we raise the complain in mahindra company for change the gear box. Almost after 3 days from picked up car.
                            Here my concern is that if the car is only used 15 days and i face manufacturing fault in it so why i should replace the gear box.
                            Please think as on place as customer if you buy 1700000 rs and within 15 days short period can you accept the condition.
                            As i am big fan of mahindra xuv 500 i heard good name and reputation in market. But today i felt that i am cheated with defaulted car.
                            Within sort period of only 15 days my concern is company returns back this and give me new one. Because as genuine customers i don't want repair or replacement the gear box.
                            I am common person and not able to fight with company if you replace only gear box. But it's true that some where i loss the trust of mahindra motors.
                            So please consider my request as your life long customer not temporary or one time customer

                                Dear sir, my xuv 300 giving bad mileage and i complaint many time but they are resolving, i have visited service center so many time before 3 service it's millage was 17.5 to 18.5 combined highway and city but now is is giving 14.5 max combined and also 2 gear getting sound they are saying that is shifting sound and noise of cabin is so high i am not satisfied for this service center. Plz take back your car and refund my money. Also in future i will not purchase any mahindra car and not to suggest to anyone. I am so fade up. And i also go in consumer court.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  We were purchasing xuv 500 for which we went to sri durga automobile on 16 jan 2020 moti nagar.
                                  As we were still in the process of finalizing the model we asked them we will come back later.
                                  We told same to mr shobit and his showroom manager.
                                  He insisted that we can pay a small amount just to block one 2019 model they had with them and in case we do not buy this car our money will be refunded instantly.
                                  As i was not caring this money they came to my office in dwarka and collected cash from my father and again repeated the whenever we want our money will be refunded.
                                  Next day we asked for 20 model instead of 2019 model from mr shobit and their manager mr gupta.
                                  We were told that we will have to buy 2019 model only as 2020 model are not being manufactured because of euro 6 issue by mahindra and price are not available.
                                  We refused for the same and asked them either book an 2020 as we r ready to wait or refund.
                                  Mr. Shobit refused to refund saying that these r cancellation charges.
                                  We were very surprised as not only mr. Shobit but his senior had committed that the money can be refunded any time.
                                  This fraudulent behavior of mahindra authorized showroom people has really surprised me and now i am in doubt weather i should buy mahindera xuv or any other brand.

                                  Shri durga guys are really fraud.. They take 41000 for insurance from me and gave me Insurance of 35000 nd said remaining amount is adjusted in chrome kit.. They delivered me xuv 300 which is already at 400 km, one of their guy change my engine no. On first service (on Mahindra portal) I asked them to correct it, they don't give a ###.. I called 5 times to CUSTOMER CARE but nothing.. This is all because Mahindra.. They all are blood suckers.. I[censored] think I m fake this is my contact no. [protected] check how mANY TIMEs I called u ###

                                    Dear sir/team,

                                    Subject: deception and dishonesty with customer by m/s shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd.

                                    I have purchased a vehicle of mahindra make and of model xuv 500 w7, from the showroom shuhul automobiles pvt ltd, srinagar. The date of purchase was october[protected]. At the time of purchase i was offered a deal of rs.15lacs. The offered price was higher than the prices offered in jammu and chandigarh. I requested the showroom to give me some more discount however they did not entertained me and a final deal of rs. 15lacs was agreed by both parties i. E. Showroom people (General manger sales and dgm sales) and me. The deal i. E. The price of 15 lacs included:
                                    1. Vehicle cost
                                    2. Three years insurance
                                    3. Full rto registration including the newly adopted @ 9% rto fee calculated on showroom price i. E. On approx. 14lacs and hypothecation fee etc.
                                    4. Free mats
                                    5. Extended warranty upto 5 years.
                                    I paid the amount i. E 15 lacs full and the vehicle was delivered to me on[protected], with just a single page delivery challan and insurance policy. I rigorously followed with the showroom and visit 10 to 15 times for completion of my registration and vehicle documents. However the gm/dgm always turned me away by saying they don’t have internet access to upload the documents. On few time they told me they will be sending files to jammu or chandigarh office for completion of formalities, but the fact is that my vehicle as on today i. E.[protected] is still unregistered and without any document.
                                    Irony is that after four months of gap the showroom people are contacting me to pay an additional amount of rs. 60000 (Approx.) otherwise they won’t register my vehicle. This is mere dishonesty and deception, i had already paid higher amount as i got less discounts on my vehicle.in october month mahindra was otherwise offering a discount of rs. 130000 (1lac30thousand) on xuv500 as per advertisements.
                                    This is a breach of trust and commitment, i am a women and the showroom people cannot hold the registration of my vehicle and cannot compel me to fall in their false words, false commitment and be a victim of deception
                                    I will not pay any penny more, let the showroom take back their product and give me my 15 lacs back. My vehicle has run 1500 kms, out of that 400kms were already on the meter when the vehicle was delivered to me.
                                    It is as such requested that strict action be taken against the showroom and immediate directions be passed on to shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd. To issue the registration papers to me at an earliest or to take back their product and reimburse my paid amount i. E. 15lacs along with the interest from the date of payment.

                                    Hope for the speedy resolution of issue.

                                    Sir, I just received a phone call from Area Manager, who connected me with showroom people. However post that conference it is now 5th day I am yet see any resolution/redressal of my problem. You are requested to please get issue resolved at an earliest.

                                      This is to inform u that my car and Rc of my car having same engine no. But engine no. In every invoice after first service given by mahindra service centre is different. It is hard to track also i have to explain every time i visit service centre. I have purchased extended warranty after first service. It can be problem in future if I claim for warranty. So i escalate this problem to showroom manager (Deepak, shri durga) instead of informing he is not receiving my calls. I have called 4 time in mahindra with you hamesha same response (excuse every time) i am totally ### up with your pathetic service. My experience is ### with mahindra. This is my first car from mahindra and I'll never think about mahindra in future this is not the only thing happen with me. Hope you guys understand and contact me or do the needful.
