This is to inform you that i, amitava ghosh, owner of kuv 100, hereby lodge a serious complaint against royal motors showroom and workshop for cheating me by selling a defective model on oct’18 and subsequently billing my driver (As self was abroad on professional grounds) on jan’20 on defective ruptured rubber packing of oil seal, although my warranty period is active.
Furthermore, i had been facing serious manufacturing defect specially with the body from within 1 month of my purchase and subsequently with technical aspects in due course. It had been repeatedly reported to the showroom about superficial rust formation in the body. As an action they have picked up my car several times and self as well drove to the workshop as per their advice for remedy. Car had been kept in the workshop, patched up and redelivered with temporary results as rust is reappearing and multiplying with time.
Also note that mileage is very poor and had a recent issue of rubber packing breakage to oil seal leading to entire drainage of engine oil, as per workshop technician. As self was absent then, it was notified by my wife and car was towed along with my driver, it was resolved but they charged for it although my warranty period is active.
Under this circumstances, i’m a very dissatisfied customer and facing harassment from the time i took over the car. I would thereby advise you to look into the matter and arrange for a replacement to protect the goodwill of your brand name.
