[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — complaint against mahindra dealer agra

Dear sir,
I have booked a kuv100 approximately 20 days ago in agra (U. P.) at your sales dealership named atmaram auto enterprises.
They called me to pick up my booked (New) vehicle. They said that the vehicle just had arrived one day ago from the company.

Then i decided to look over the vehicle but you can not believe what had i found:

(1) the vehicle has several scratches at all over the body.
(2) the odometer counts approx 300 km.
(3) disk brakes were totally rusted.
(4) headlights of the vehicle are not properly fixed.
(5) the vehicle has a thick layer of dust under the bonnet and on the gates and window glasses. (Even after washing).
(6) the colour of the body was totally dull.
(7) the work done of dual tone was very unprofessional and unskilled.
(8) the black coloured plastic has too many white spots on it.

And even after that they try to convince me to purchase that. I had a very rough day at there.
And they told me when i go take delivery for my car in september you pay extra amount, why sir i pay extra amount for my car.

I have booked the vehicle on the name deepak sharma s/o rajendra prasad sharma, residents of h2 santosh nagar sati nagar, ram bagh, agra, phone number - [protected].

I will hope some action must be taken from your side.

Dear sir/madam, Yesterday we have visited the showroom again. We discussed the issue with the showroom manager. We had good conversation. Luckily the manager understood our concerns and promised us to take care about the matter. Now the issue has been resolved between us. So i urge u to step down the complaint. Thank you.

I had purchased Mahindra Xylo H4 four wheeler on dt. 29th Mar 2016 from Provincial automobile co. pvt ltd which is a dealer of Mahindra & mahindra in Bramhapuri dist. chandrapur (mh). Now there is oil leakage problem in the joint (screw) on the pipe which is attached to dipstick. We have enclosed photo of the part for your convenience.
