On 19th December, 2019 due to some technical / mechanical defect of my vehicle Bolero Power Plus, Regd. No. AS-11-P-5484Chasis No. MA1XL2WJXJ5F32988, eNGINE nO. WJJ6E49588, I visited Sabita Automobiles, Bahadurpur, Silchar-02. Mr. Rajib Deb Roy, service advisor has noted about the vehicles complains, accordingly job card has been made. Subsequently, one designated technical expert of M/S Sabita Automobile had done test drive of the vehicle. After inspection, I asked for a reasonable estimate before you doing the job, accordingly,
Mr. Deb Roy provides estimate approx Rs. 7, 500/- before the vehicle is dropped off, but at the end of the day (on 20.12.2019), I came to know that they independently has raised the final bill considerably from the given approximate bill by exceeding of Rs. 8, 444/-. Even they did not bother to inform me about any additional problems with a vehicle or increasing of estimate, which is totally deception to the customers on their part. After my quarry /objection, about overcharging bill, one Mr. Biswajit Bhowmik, Service Manager tried to resolve the issues by reducing the bill amount, wasting of time more than 1 ½ hrs. However, finally, I paid Rs. 15, 944/- and delivered the vehicle @ 7:00 PM of 20.12.2019. Copies bills, manual job slip, etc. enclosed herewith).
