As a loyal Mahindra customer since 2010, having purchased several Mahindra vehicles for my family, I have come to expect a high standard of service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Koncept Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. has not met these expectations.
I was assured that the vehicle would be delivered within a 10-week timeframe. However, it has now been well beyond this period, and I have not yet received my vehicle. Despite multiple assurances from Mr. Ashok Baudh regarding the imminent arrival of the car, I have faced ongoing delays and a lack of clarity on delivery date.
I have made numerous attempts to obtain updates, but despite promises of callbacks, I have not received any communication on the final delivery date . A recent visit to the dealership revealed that while the vehicle is expected within 10 weeks, this does not align with earlier commitments it's all depends on the production. The situation has left me feeling both frustrated and disheartened.
Given the current circumstances, I urgently request your intervention to expedite the delivery of my XUV3XO. The delay has been particularly challenging, as we have a 5-month-old child and we have sold our previous vehicle based on the promised delivery date. Additionally, the Pitri Pash month starting on the 17th of September restricts our ability to make such purchases during that period.
I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and prompt action to resolve the situation. I trust that Mahindra will uphold its reputation for customer satisfaction and address this issue with the necessary urgency.
