On 08/10/2020, I placed the order and cleared the advanced full payment of the vehicle. On enquiring about the vehicle, the available staff or person in position kept on delaying the dates, thereby failing to deliver at the said time period. They fraudulently changed my booking date 8 October to 15 October and changed the otf number so that they may sell the booked car to another one in black. The salesman himself said that the internal cheating is there and open bribe issue.While Booking it was told the same will be delivered by 14th of November then it was in the first week of December later on 1 st February was the date committed by showroom and now asking for more one month. I have all the receipts attaching with this complaint.
I would appreciate if you could kindly look through the matter and kindly resolve the friction being caused which is resulting delay in delivering the mentioned vehicle. As i am relying on the vehicle for transport.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If in case the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through legal procedures.
