It is to bring in your kind notice that, this is Prabakaran T residing at Jalahalli, Bangalore. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the latest booking to purchase a new car, Which I made from the Sireesh Auto Pvt Ltd. showroom.

Here are the details for the same (Please find the attached booking copy/Proforma invoice):

I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the product. I had purchased it for a very special occasion of my son’s birthday, I was informed by your dealer’s staff that the order will be delivered within four weeks, but till now, it has either not been delivered or they are not confirming the booking details.

I feel very bad because they are not responding properly after the booking of the car, before booking they used to follow up with me regularly to book the car, It looks like they’ll follow-up/support us till the booking only. Even I tried to reach out to the concerned showroom’s manager but he also gave false promises, when I said I’m going to cancel the booking, they simply said okay, instead we’ll try to deliver as soon as possible.

They said that within 4 weeks they’ll deliver the car but even after 10 weeks also I didn’t get the booking confirmation/any details till now. When I asked the dealer, reason for the delay in delivering the car they said that they didn’t receive the booking confirmation from MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA only. I didn’t expect this to be the reason.

I asked one my friend to check with Sireesh Auto for new car delivery period, again the Sireesh's staff gives false promises (That the vehicle will be delivered within 8 weeks) which is not acceptable, means he/she should inform the exact waiting period for the car delivery, hence we'll plan accordingly otherwise it'll hurt us.

I kindly request you to please look into the matter and inform me of the reason for the delay. Waiting for your response and the product at the earliest (On 02nd MAY 2022 is my son’s birthday, I would like to bring the new car for a special occasion).

Same thing happened with me...i booked XUV 300 w8 o on March 1, 2022. Dealer given me waiting period of 6 weeks but sadly I have no whereabouts of my car as on today. I have called on IVR helpline around 15 times, i have mailed around 15 times on customer care support but sadly not a single person has contacted me on behalf of Mahindra... dealers are still taking new bookings and giving 13 weeks of waiting but in my case I have been waiting for more than 13 months but till today I have no idea when I will get my car...

Thank you sharing experiences here with Mahendra.
I have been facing issue with my booking as well. Not sure look for who. I have sent email to the respective dealer but couldn’t receive any response.
I have booked Scorpio N in Mar 23, and on line status shown at the Maninder website was vehicle has been dispatched and waiting for delivery. But today suddenly status was change to the your booking has been confirmed. Same booking reference no. As was the previously. And vehicle colour change to white. Really no idea what’s going on. Such a big company and there are no proper communication with the customer. Please advise what is next step should I take. Thank you!
