automatic steering locked while running

i had purchased xuv 300, w4 diesel on 18 aug 2020 from indrapastha automobiles, wazirpur, delhi, it is just 3 month on purchase and faced 3 times of my and my family life risk with this car, because steering will automatically locked some time while car is running. I can't explained the horrible situation i faced 3 times within 3 months and run only 12000 km.

Just after 2 days while car was run only 200 km i faced the problem 1st time and on immediate basis i contact with the sales person and visted showroom on same day, they told me that it may be some error to understand the feature of this car, i thought it may be because features was new for me like 3 different steering mode.

But after driving of car about 6000 km i faced the same problem but in the situation when car was running on 100km/hr of speed on national highway while was travelling with my family, it was horrible situation because i was unable to control my car for the moment of 3-4 seconds, however i reached my destination any how and complaint at workshop/showroom at wazirpur, they had checked the car and told no signal or error is showing in their system and you may drive as usual and come next time when you faced the situation, i thought they had checked the system and some wiring, so it may be the issue is resolved.

But now again the same problem faced ( 3rd time) on 25.11.2020 .

I am not able to explain what i am feeling, i am always on travelling for my businessmen, who will take care of family if any think happens to me . Who will be responsible for my death or any person travel with me .

I need immediate resolution on this matter.
