Hello,
This is to bring to your notice that your office gave a commitment of delivery of 7 days of my car booked on 7th October 2021 ( XUV700 AX7 L DSL AT 7 SEATER BLK/OTF22A001808) -on 4th November and confirmed again on 6th Nov, 22 that you will sure deliver within 7-10 days and when I have today to ask for that delivery commitment, you don’t take my calls, ( I called Ruby, Hardesh- called both - none took my mobile calls/ didn’t call back).
From your commitment and based on your official reply, I have sold my car today and I don’t have a vehicle for daily transportation; I hold you responsible for this gap and you shall be liable to arrange for a alternate car now onwards.
You have now sent me a WhatsApp message informing of 26th November, 2022, a further delay of 12 days, WHY? This new delay is not acceptable and I allow you only time for 4 days to deliver by coming Wednesday.
No one from your insurance or loan or sales called me in the last 4 days and stopped responding on WhatsApp, rather have been asked by your branch manager not to respond to my messages also.WHY?
You are only using unfair business practices, cheating a customer and refusing to speak or reply to a grievance.
What do you want me to do?
WHY? Kindly provide me your CEO name, mobile and higher authorities contact details so that I can log a formal complaint as your refuse to take alls, or reply to my emails also. This unfair unprofessional way of communicating with a customer.
If you don’t want to speak to me or take my calls, or reply to my emails, or whastapp, then how do you want me to communicate with you com[any? Sitting in your office whole day-days ?
You seem to lack professional code of conduct and need some training perhaps on how to speak and communicate with a customer
You don’t understand what it means to give a commitment as based on your commmitmtnet, a customer sold his car, has taken loan, insurance and is ready to take delivery, thus causing hardship, mental anomy, wastage of precious time and again getting bad and negative vibes about your firm.
All documents, signatures and paper work duly required by you have been completed as per the current need. There is nothing pending from my side.
WHY? Kindly provide me your CEO name, mobile and higher authorities contact details so that I can log a formal complaint as your refuse to take alls, or reply to my emails also. This unfair unprofessional way of communicating with a customer in unacceptable learning to consumer rights violation, unfair business trade practices all making me thing of taking further action against you, your officers, your firm as most suitable and deemed fit as my per my rights, and as all cost to be shared to your firm from today onwards with full liability for any consequences to be born by you and your firm. Under Prejudice.
