Mahindra And Mahindra — fraud car delivery (mismatch of engine no & chassis number of physical car with rc book and invoice details

Hi, i am raising my concern here as mahindra dealer "[censored]al motors in ahmedabad, gujarat" has created a blunder for my bought car. I bought the car kuv 100 k6 in 2016 from the [censored]al motors, ashram road, ahmedabad and they provide me all the documentation including rc book and invoice no. Last week i found out while updating my policy on policy bazaar that my chasis number, engine number and colour of my car on rc book doesn't match with my physical car. So i can't update my policy. I had 1st year insurance from [censored]al motors itself only and than i take insurance from policy bazar but according to the motor vehicle act of policy bazar was to upload the inspection video with rc book and physical vehicle. So, i called to [censored]al motors sales executive “ramesh patel” to take action on this problem but he didn’t take it seriously. So i approach to gm of [censored]al motors (Amit mevada). He accepted it and he visited my home on dated 13/09/2019 to get original rc book from me and he promised to give me in written on [censored]al motors letter head but next 3 days i followed up him for written but he denied me to give it in written. Gm (Amit mevada) said that he don’t have authority to give it in written so i asked him to get me connected with director of [censored]al motors but he denied and said that our director don’t meet to customers directly. After i insisted lot to gm he gave me normal email written from company email i’d and now they are saying that they have applied for the new rc book and when i asked for the receipt of that, they said rto doesnt provide receipts or any kind of proof of application and estimated time for the same. Also, i asked them to give me the exchange car or remuneration of my travelling expense o[censored]ber or any solution which can be possible till the procedure is going on but they were not ready to coperate with me. After facing with lots of problems, i went there yesterday and branch manager manish said me that they will get the insurance any how as they have a good contacts and he can deal with it, when i argued with him that how insurance is possible of this car where no details are matching with rc book. He committed me that by today 2pm he will get the insurance of my car anyhow but he failed to commit, so i have to take help of social media for people awareness about the fraud from [censored]al motors ashram road, ahmedabad

Also, they edited the invoice of 3 years back and changed the engine number and chassis no on the same. As the invoice i have contains different data which is same as rc book and the edited they provided me last week after my complaint is different. I am really having a hard time dealing with this and they are not ready to provide any kind of support on this.
