Hi,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased mahindra kuv 100 purchased from dehradun primier motors - mahindra showroom, deharadun dated july 2016 with around 13000 km run as on date (Cc no.: ma1vb2nacg6d85061).

Since the time of purchase i have faced not faced any major breakdown.
But the main issue is { gear of the car gets stuck and becomes immobile on the spot}

Gear jam/stuck during run is so horrible and embarrassing - anyone can imagine. Even on last saturday - i visited rto office via "nehru outer ring road" wherein the gear got stuck in the middle of highway (In traffic) and due to this had to face a blow from vehicle coming behind. I would have faced a fatal accident.

I do not want to risk my life due to your negligence because i have seen same kind of complaints which were purchased in july/aug 2016. This means that the defect is at "mahindra" manufacturing. I would like this issue to be sorted as soon as possible. If failed to do so within coming days with all evidence and incidents happened in regards will have to move to consumer court for due justice.

During the time of servicing i would need a vehicle from mahindra as a substitute to cater to my needs.

Hoping to get a swift reply and action taken in regards to the complaint raised.
