Grievance on Mahindra XUV 300 & Dealership Service

Dear Sir/Madam

Mahindra XUV 309, registration number : KL 16 W 2552

On 10th April 2019, I purchased a Mahindra XUV 300 from your dealership T.V.S Mahindra, kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because after the delivery of vehicle most of the time it is under service.

The first complaint was noticed after the second company service, it was very aannoying to know that the sounds come from engine and suspension. Also there was a big problem with clutch. Note the point, This complaints were noticed only after running 16, 000km. On 6th February 2020 I took the vehicle to S.S mahindra, vazhayila, Thiruvananthapuram regarding the above mentioned complaints. Only after 6 days I received my mahindra XUV back, and the service team explained that they totally changed the clutch and nuckle. Also they said, everything is fine, no more sounds will disturb from engine side or suspension area.

Unfortunately, I am sad to say that I again approached the service center just because of their irresponsible work. Note the point, engine sound and the sound from suspension area was still there to make me mad. On February 22nd I took the vehicle to the same service center for the same complaint. Now(March 10th -2020) it have been 20 days me struggling without vehicle. When enquired at service center they still says 'work is undergoing, will deliver the vehicle soon'. I think they are not much responsible. Are they making a new vehicle for me? Please don't spoil your goodwill giving dealership to this kind of ###. I bought your company vehicle just because I love mahindra and I trusted your service. But now i am losing that trust.

When i received vehicle after the replacement of clutch and all, the vehicle was totally full of dirt including greese on seats. That much careless people they are. Service manager and Service Advisor are not even giving me a follow-up. When I call and ask them details, they just says work is undergoing. So I am not at all happy with Mahindra.

The current situation is, I bought a vehicle paying lakhs and now simply looking outside, when it will come back, Not funny!

If there is a option please take the vehicle back and take the steps to refund my total amount.I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by tomorrow itself, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

My name Damodar Korgaonkar, lodging these complaints very dishearteningly against Dealers Naik Motors Verna Goa sold Old Model 2022, Mahindra SUV Xuv300 W4, I say with a lot of hardship to Axis bank as a section loan to me, Chassis No; MA1NM2NM1N2M50407, Reg No- GA03AF1838, Vehicle delivery taken 11/01/2023.and you be the judge of it

I have purchased a new Mahindra xuv300 from Naik Motors Verna goa, and I have not got proper accessories for the spare wheels for the xuv300 vehicle?

I Say, Purchased Mahindra xuv300 taken form authorized by Dealer Naik Motors Verna Goa and sold me old 2022 manufacturer model, as registered on date 06/01/2023 without any vehicle discounts given by dealer, i have not received proper accessories spare wheels as per match to vehicle,

i say On date 12/01/2023, Morning 08:00 am suddenly my mother got heart pain and urgent need to visit hospital, i notice SUV Xuv300 vehicle rear tyre air pressure is low, i try to change rear wheels but spare tyre which provided by Mahindra SUV xuv300 writing speed limit 50-80KM/Hrs., i say vehicle got all four tyer with same rim size is 205/65 R16 and spare tyer size T135/90 R16, it's totally different, at evening 05:45pm i call to Mahindra customer care and Naik Motors Verna Goa, i got very disappoint response from your side.

plz replace spare wheels as per vehicle accessories match all four wheels

I got a very disappointed / customer service response from your side naik motors & Mahindra 24 hrs. call center say its company policy to trouble your customers

I Hope MD/Customer Care & Naik Motors will resolve the given complaint and Provide me the same rim size for spare tyre 205/65 R16 .
