मुझे ये मेल करते हुए बहुत ही दुःख हो रहा है कि ऑटोमोबाइल क्षेत्र मेरी सबसे पसंदीदा कंपनी महिंद्रा आज चंद पैसों के लिए थोड़ी सी बचत के लिए अपने कस्टमर्स की जिंदिगी से खिलवाड़ कर रही है।

आपको बता दूँ मैंने अप्रैल 2019 में लखनऊ के A.Auto Movers से महिंद्रा की XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक W 11 गाडी खरीदी थी, लेकिन अभी कुछ दिन पहले लखनऊ सीतापुर हाईवे पर अपनी फॅमिली के साथ जा रहा था, अचानक टायर की साड़ी हवा निकल गई, किसी तरह से गाडी को नियंत्रित किया, गाडी पलटने से और बड़ा हादसा होने से बचा, मैंने देखा तो टायर में कट लगा था, महोदय इतनी महंगी गाडी और इतना घटिया टायर ? गाड़ी में मेरी फैमिली बैठी थी, अगर कोई हादसा होता तो इसका जिम्मेदार कौन होता ? ज़ाहिर सी बात है महिंद्रा होती क्योंकि महिंद्रा ने घटिया कंपनी का टायर लगाया ।

मैं महिंद्रा का पुराना कस्टमर हूँ, महिंद्रा स्कार्पियो S10 UP32GL1044 के बाद अब मैंने महिंद्रा XUV500 ऑटोमैटिक ली, लेकिन मैं कह सकता हूँ महिंद्रा सिर्फ थोड़े से पैसे बचाने के लिए Bridge Stone जैसी घटिया कंपनी का टायर लगा रही है, और अपने कस्टमर्स की ज़िंदगी से खिलवाड़ कर रही है।

मैंने इसकी शिकायत A.Auto Movers में की जिसपर वहां के सर्विस मैनेजर ने इसकी शिकायत Bridge Stone में की और कंपनी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा की कट लगा है, (लेटर संलग्न) और टायर रिप्लेस नहीं हो सकता, महोदय क्या हाईवे पर गाड़ी चलाते समय नई गाडी के साथ ऐसा हो सकता है? बिलकुल हो सकता अगर घटिया टायर हों तो, साथ ही और मुझे paid नया टायर लगवाने की सलाह दी गई है, महोदय मेरी गाड़ी महिंद्रा XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक UP 32 KT 1044 अभी नई है, और गारंटी में है, मैं अभी paid टायर क्यों लगवाऊंगा ? ये मेरा पहला सवाल है।

दूसरी बात इतनी महंगी गाड़ी में इतना घटिया टायर महिंद्रा ने लगाया है इसके लिए महिंद्रा को शर्म आनी चाहिए।

तीसरी बात हाई वे पर गाड़ी 90- 100 की स्पीड में थी, अचानक जिस तरह से टायर कट में लगने के बाद हवा निकली, इससे बड़ा हादसा ही सकता था, मेरी और मेरी फॅमिली की जान जा सकती थी उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा ?

महोदय मैं टायर तो चेंज करवाऊंगा लेकिन 1 नहीं सभी, क्योंकि मुझे इस घटिया कंपनी bridge stone पर बिल्कुल भी भरोसा नहीं रहा, साथ ही महिंद्रा पर से भी भरोसा उठ गया है। टायर के साथ साथ मैं XUV 500 ऑटोमैटिक W 11 को भी बदलूंगा। एक पत्रकार होने के साथ ही एक भुगतभोगी होने के नाते मैं जनता और अपने जानने वालों को भी यह बताऊंगा की महिंद्रा की गाड़ी लेने का मतलब अपनी और अपनी फैमिली की ज़िंदगी के साथ खिलवाड़ करना है। क्यूंकि महिंद्रा मात्र चंद पैसों के फायदे के लिए कीमती इंसानों जानों के साथ इस तरह का खिलवाड़ कर रही है, इसके अलावा मैं अपने अधिवक्ता से कानूनी सलाह लेकर महिंद्रा के खिलाफ कस्टमर्स की जान से खिलवाड़ करने का एक वाद भी कोर्ट में लेकर जाऊंगा, ताकि महिंद्रा से सैकड़ों लाखों की जान को बचाया जा सके।

    With deep disappointment am writing this, on 24th january 2020 i booked xuv 300 w8 o (White color) auto shift model through merdian moto (Pathanamthitta-alapauzha - kerala) and paid advance of 1 lakh rupees with promise of delivery within 10-15 days. After 12-13 days agent informed car has been transported from pune plant and now on way to alapauzha yard (Kerala). After few days he informed car almost reach chennai and next day (14th feb 2020) will be in there main showroom meridian moto alapuzha. Since then we called multiple times to agent and he was not answering our phone. Then after 3 days we went to showroom directly and agent said there is no production for xuv 300 w8 o model. We called mahindra customer care service and online facebook plat form and we got reply will get back to you but nobody responding to our concern. Very much disappointing.

      Fraud lucknow dealer - gave me accidental car in the name of demo/test drive vehicle
      I bought mahindra alturas g4 on january 01, 2020 from a. Automovers pvt. Ltd., lucknow. After the test drive, i asked the sales person if that test drive vehicle was available for sale. The sales person confirmed that it was, and he will give good discount if i prefer it over a new one.

      I paid the booking amount on december 18, 2019 and went ahead to apply for bank loan. This process took a bit of time as there were frequent internet shut downs in my city due to caa protests. Later i discovered from the kilometer reading that during this tenure, they continued using that already booked car to offer test drives to other prospects. When i asked why they did so, they said that none of the staff members were convinced that i would be able to buy the car, and that i was merely wasting their time.

      December 30, 2019 the loan was sanctioned by the bank. Upon completing all the formalities, when i called the sales person if i could come and pick the car, he replied that car needs a bit of fixing and repainting so it can have a good and new look. He promised to deliver the vehicle the next day, which he didn't.

      Finally, i got the car on january 1, 2020. After i came home, i noticed that its cigarette lighter was missing. I immediately called the sales person and asked about it. He replied that some parts like rain sensor and cigarette lighter were missing, and the order has already been placed about them. He also said that some painting is yet to be done so he may collect the car after a few days for further work. I also informed him that the rear right door was not working properly as i had to push a bit harder as compared to the rear left door to close it.

      He assured that he will get it checked. He took the car on jan 12, 2020 with the promise that it will be delivered back maximum by 14th if not 13th. Finally, after several calls, i got the car back on 18th.

      I was still sensing some sounds from the boot while driving and the rear right door was still hard to close. When i asked the sales person about it, he replied, "sir, it's a test drive vehicle and you need to accept the fact that it will make some noise." i wasn't convinced and got a bit suspicious.

      I went to cars24 for inspection and their report said that the rear right door of the car was replaced. When i talked to one of the mahindra's ex-employee who personally knew me, he informed that this vehicle met a major accident by one of the roadways buses around one year ago, and the entire rear right portion of the car got severely damaged.

      I called the sales person right away and asked about it. He denied (As expected).

      I then emailed the issue to customer care along with the screenshot of the cars24’s report and asked for refund. They said, they don't consider any reports from any third-part inspection services but their own. However, they assured that they will collect my car and get it checked before going any further.

      On saturday, february 15, 2020 they collected the car from my home, and sent it to the same dealer's service center. When i asked the area sales manager (Mr. Tabrez) the reason behind doing so? He said that even that service center is authorized by mahindra.

      On february 17th i got an email from the general manager - sales informing that the car has been inspected and their report says it is not accidental. He also said that a copy of the report has already been emailed to mr. Niraj, customer care officer of my region.

      I immediately replied back requesting them to share a copy of the report with me as well, and all of a sudden, they all vanished.

      I tried calling asm mr. Tabrez, and he quit answering my calls, i asked mr. Niraj (Cco) to share the copy, he said that only the dealer is authorized to do that. I asked the general manager - sales (Of dealer's showroom), he said that mr. Niraj is authorized to share the report.

      After this much of trouble, on friday 21, 2020, i received a photo (Probably captured by a mobile phone camera) of the back page of a hand-marked standard checkup report stating that all the headlights were ok, brakes were ok, no leakage in fuel tank was detected, etc., and the report was signed by some guddu electrician/technician.

      I again called them up and asked how come that report was valid? They said, it was valid because it was issued by mahindra's authorized service center. They said, "the bottom line is, we don't consider any report from any third-party car inspection service providers, and our report says that the car is ok."

      I asked them to get the car checked by any other mahindra’s service center, to which they asked for some time to discuss this with their seniors. Nothing came from their side. This argument continued for another couple of days.

      Then i sent an rti letter to the dealer via postal mail on february 25, 2020 demanding a detailed report for my car. The next day they called up and requested me to visit to their showroom for a meeting with the owner, mr. Aasheesh talwar.

      During our discussion in the meeting on february 26, 2020, mr. Talwar said that mahindra authorizes their dealers to replace any damaged or missing part of an existing customer's car with that from the test drive vehicle if there is an emergency. And the rear right door might have been replaced under any similar circumstance.

      Although this didn’t (And still doesn't) make any sense due to several reasons like color mismatch, frame fittings, etc., i asked him to give this in writing along with the report stating that the car is not accidental. He said that it will be sent to me via email by the end of the day, and then i can go to the service center to get the issues with the door and sounds checked and rectified. I received no email that day.

      The next day i received an email from mr. Niraj suggesting me to visit the service center for further checks and inspections. I called him up immediately and asked him about the written confirmation from the dealer. I also said, i am not going any further without any detailed report clearly stating that the car is not accidental.

      He replied the car is working fine and there is no issue with the performance. When i asked if he has personally checked the car and if he has seen if the rear right door is functioning properly? He said that he hasn’t checked the car personally. When i said how can he be so sure about the car’s performance if he hasn't checked the car himself? He rudely replied, "whatever your needs are, just reply those to the mail we sent to you, and i will close the case."

      I again asked for refund because it can be clearly seen that the door has been replaced, it is not closing properly, and none of mahindra’s employees are willing to share the report.

      Since then, mr. Tabrez quit answering my calls, and neither customer care nor any other mahindra's person is giving any proper information.

      I do receive random mails from the dealer's service center asking me to collect the car or they wouldn't be responsible for any depreciation.

      Every time i call customer care, they say that mr. Tabrez is not answering their calls, and it's mr. Niraj's words that they would go for. Mr. Niraj says the car has no performance issues and since it is a test drive vehicle, it may have gone through minor repairs and dents.

      Till date, i have no written confirmation from mahindra that the car is not accidental, they are refusing to disclose any further information, the customer care team says, "don't worry, we are here to help. Just give us one more day, and someone will call you with a solution", etc. And nothing is happening since past 16 days.

      I am paying my emis and the car is at the service center since february 15, 2020. I was cheated by the dealer and demanding refund. However, even after so many mails, conversations, and arguments, no one from mahindra is willing to help.

        I have purchased my car 2years ago fom shree automotive pvt ltd, kolkata and the 4 doors as well as the dicky have started rusting. This a big problem with mahindra cars. My previous car also had the same issue. Recently got my car serviced at the mahindra workshop and the engineer (Mr. Niranjan) took photos of the door and dicky but never called us after my repeated calls there has been no action from the dealer.

        Kindly solve asap.

          My xuv500 with above regn no was giving trouble free service till yesterday. I was regularly getting all paid services done through sri durga autromobiles till 40000kms. Yesterday, to do the paid service at 50000km, i booked for service at indraprasthaautomobiles, wazirpur, being closer to my residence. I drove down to deliver the vehicle at 10am yesterday with a single complaint...

          zero service result from koncept mahindra

          Last year in march me with my car xuv 500 met with an accident in which acc to me whole front was approx damaged. I got it repaired in koncept mahindra okhla industrial area for which they raised a bill of approx 4.25 lac which was covered under insurance.
          Right after that i continuously faced problems in the car which initially i got it sent and repaired in their service centre but getting frustrated since 10-11 months and after knowing...

          Hello sir i wangchuk sherpa resident of gangtok bojogari east sikkim had bought mahindra xylo h8 on the month of sept 19... I had complained about my tyre on 9000 kms... And i had given my tyre to company for replacement but till now no response and i have been calling them many times but they says that i'll ask and let you know but till now no response... And now my vehicle kms is 16500 and now my both back tyre is giving me problem so kindly look at this complaint becoz my vehicle is commercial and can't bare all of these expenses.

          Sir have been complaining about my tyre many times but till now no response my first tyre burst on 9000km and I had given them for replacement but till now no answer and now my vehicle xyloh8 kms is 16500 now my both backside tyre has a problem bubble on side part of tyre...kindly look at this complain coz in gangtok service centre there is no one to look after the costumer complain they only runs after commission...

          Car delivery was not promised give time. its almost been month but still no updates from Show room on card delivery. It been months visited 2/3 times but every time they are giving false promises. The next day delivery for our car they allocated that to different person.

            Mahindra xuv 500 purchased in october 2015
            1.) vehicle reported for low pickup and check light glow three times ran around 60000 kms. Every time reported problem now charged rs.3900(for vacuum modulator), despite as informed by mr. K gurunathan that part is replaced u/w in 2017 and it again failed now, poor part quality.
            2.)several times informed service center(ddpm dehradun) that while wind shield wipers were in use water gets splashed on rhs ovrm which results in ovrm jam, every time had to move it manually to fix it on it's position, every time they say that we have done oiling and it will be ok now but it gets in similar position after day or two.And now they asking to replace it's motor which will cost rs.8500.
            3.)there are several other issues like water leakage in cabin from sunroof, cabin noise.
            But worst is when i approached mr. K. Gurunathan (pccm
            mahindra) he was too not helpful, had to say that these
            things really create doubt regarding quality of product and it's after sale service.

              Date of submission for car accident repair[protected], they have taken almost 2 months to do the repair of my car.
              total repair cost was - 4, 50, 000 and still following is not repaired and not ready to listen anything now
              Driver side pillar have very big gap - its happened at the time of front glass change, Front music system fitting, foot rest side plastic parts fittings, Rubbing not done after paint, Tapes not put on door sides after paint, Jack rod fitting torn at the time of repair and not placed ok till now.

                My xuv 3oo purchased on[protected] months) with mahindra shiva auto cars india pvt. Ltd. Manufacturers pvt ltd (Mahindra dealers) suddenly stopped moving in the middle of the road. After some time, i managed to put the vehicle in 1st gear & parked on the side of the road. The vehicle was towed to the nearby mahindra workshop, 'p. P. Automotive pvt. Ltd. At sonipat' and p. P. Automotive mahindra dealer said that the clutch & flywheel are damaged and need replacement. The total cost quoted was around rs 30000 (Thirty thousand rupees) (Please find the quotation attached) and asked me to pay. My vehicle is still under guarantee. Even though the vehicle is done only 28500 km, they say this is not due to manufacturing defect! I have already raised a complaint calling [protected] (The guy said that i will get a call from area manager of mahindra in one day time). Unfortunately i am one of the earliest owners of mahindra xuv3oo and bought the car without waiting for the users feedback and got carried away with the looks.

                Now, if these are the problems that i have to face in the first 10 months of purchasing a brand-new car i really wonder what sought of issues i should be facing in a few months, i am completely depressed and feel like i have been cheated 12 lacs.

                As, the car is in warranty i am getting service, but what after that?
                Within 10 months having hiring a professenal driver i have gone through this manufacturing defect problem. As a new car holder after spending 12 lakh rupees, how can anyone expect these kinds of issues in a car?

                So, i request you to take some action, and exchange a new car of same model (Latest modified). Waiting for your positive response.

                  Car sent to nbs sewri. I was recommended anti rust treatment for the car and told it cost rs 5900. Also recommended silencer painting. I agreed.
                  When i got the bill, i realized that the anti rust treatment is actually 2950 amd the other 2950 has been charged for interiors, and another 1950 for another interior treatment. I did not ask for any service on polishing interiors. This 4900 is a fraud by the service center

                  This is a big scam to cheat people by quoting a higher price for a service and then when we agree, clubbing it with another service to achieve large billing targets.

                  From when did mahindra and manhindra start cheating customers and behave like road side repair shops

                  Also, there is a rubber strip on the door that i am requesting for replacement for past 3 years. This time i was told it is available and being replaced. To my surprise when we picked up the car, we were told it is still not available. The rubber strip that is replaced is another strip that was never explained to me. Another fraud.

                  I seek refund of 4900 of the interior service that i did not ask for, and a free replacement of the rubber lining that i am asking for 3 years

                    Mayank gupta and general manager of the branch can rudely talk to me and use abuse language when i visit the shworoom of shiva automobile private limited, ghaziabad lohia road c block infront of carewale.. And mayank told to me to come at branch for xuv 500 w5 in white color and when i go mayank refused to availability of this variant. And when i say to give complaint book. General manager can abuse with me and talk rudely... U can take action against mayank gupta (Sales man) and general manager of this branch... Otherwise i can fill complaint against ur branch in consumer court. Very very bad service mahindra

                        On 19th December, 2019 due to some technical / mechanical defect of my vehicle Bolero Power Plus, Regd. No. AS-11-P-5484Chasis No. MA1XL2WJXJ5F32988, eNGINE nO.                         I have purchased mahindra xuv300 in may, 2019 (Under reg. No. Jk01ak 0964) and got the delivery from shuhul mahindra, nowgam, srinagar after a long waiting period of four months. After that in november, 2019 i received a letter from your vice president, customer care (Mr. Sanjoy gupta) wherein my vehicle was recalled because it was among the batch of vehicles that had supposedly some manufacturing defect.

                        I have purchased xuv300 w8 diesel on 3.2.2020 from sireesh auto bangalore (Exchanged my hyundai i20). Within 400kms of running noise started from interior parts. I am very much disappointed that mahindra is supplying cheap class vehicles like this. Interior build quality is very poor. Build quality of rs. 1 lakh car is far better than this vehicle. Henceforth i have decided not to support indian brand vehicles.

                          Salasar autocraft pvt ltd thane
                          I have made booking with salasar auto on 24 jan 2020 with ₹21000 cause he told me car will be available on 29 jan 2020. Then on 29 he said the car will be little delay. But my concern is how they not sure that the car they have ordered not came?
                          Very strange for me just making me stupid and get booking from me then they know once booking made i cannot do anything
                          So finely on thursday on 6 feb he called me and said car has arrive from company so i said ok and i want to check car before its go for future registration so on friday next day i go to salasar autocraft thane but then i know that the car is in other place so i said its too far for me its ok just start the proces with registration and till now the car still in registrations i really getting fed up now very very disappointed
                          I don’t know why its happening to me
                          I feel like i don’t want the car now today is 14 feb
                          In all i just understand that mahindra dealers don’t have any knowledge and just what they want they do after making full payment and all this
                          Now i cannot do any thing cause i have paid all money to them

                            Good day!
                            This is to inform you that i, amitava ghosh, owner of kuv 100, hereby lodge a serious complaint against royal motors showroom and workshop for cheating me by selling a defective model on oct’18 and subsequently billing my driver (As self was abroad on professional grounds) on jan’20 on defective ruptured rubber packing of oil seal, although my warranty period is active.
                            Furthermore, i had been facing serious manufacturing defect specially with the body from within 1 month of my purchase and subsequently with technical aspects in due course. It had been repeatedly reported to the showroom about superficial rust formation in the body. As an action they have picked up my car several times and self as well drove to the workshop as per their advice for remedy. Car had been kept in the workshop, patched up and redelivered with temporary results as rust is reappearing and multiplying with time.
                            Also note that mileage is very poor and had a recent issue of rubber packing breakage to oil seal leading to entire drainage of engine oil, as per workshop technician. As self was absent then, it was notified by my wife and car was towed along with my driver, it was resolved but they charged for it although my warranty period is active.
                            Under this circumstances, i’m a very dissatisfied customer and facing harassment from the time i took over the car. I would thereby advise you to look into the matter and arrange for a replacement to protect the goodwill of your brand name.

                              Dear sir/madam

                              This is praveen madhava. I bought xuv w10 (Ka 51 mh 9721) on april 8 2016. It has not been more than 4 years yet.

                              I see the car doors are getting rusted and this is happening in bangalore conditions. I have not even been to chennai. And as you can see the images, which shows the car is getting rusted. Even the door in the front side (Driver side window) which is to handle the exterior condition, it is getting rusted.
                              If this is the quality of car within 3.8 years of purchase. I am surprised on the quality. The electric window controls are getting touch sensitive, the electronic entertainment piece having issue.

                              Request you to please address this concern with mahindra team too. The quality of the car is really surprising. And i have seen the same issue with friend of mine who referred me the car too.

                              And being a purple club member and buying the top end car and also having reffered friend to buy last year. I did not even get reminder for shield extension. Would have appreciated if there was a reminder for same.


                              Please do the needful. Please note i would also sent the mail with photos to mahindra team and your top management to take note of this quality concern.

                              My xuv 500 was met with an accident and I give to the service centre in Kollam, Kerala in December 26, 2019 but still now the work has not been started. When I enquired they are saying parts hasn't come yet. I am very much disappointed with this
