Dear Sir, I have a mahindra Kuv 100 Bearing Regd .No-OD-02-AC-0799 from Bhubaneswar, I have always service my vehicle in Authorised Mahindra Service Point, From begning i was servecing my vehicle at UTKAL Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, Pahal.On[protected]at 11 AM i have gave them my vehicle for servicing issues, very unhapply i have to say today on 24-06-21 at 6.30 pm i have received my vehicle and got the bill, where they have mentioned a batery cable(1421.29/- without GST) & aternator repair cost of 4900/- without GST etc, when i asked about alternator expencess the survice advisor says we have no facilities for repair this alternator, so we send out side to repair and for that i talked the out sider garage they laughed and says they have taken much amount.My question is when there was no issued about any Electric issues like ulternator starting issues, then why they repair this, is this the reward to us for sendig our this vehicle before last 5 yrs to a reputed authorised mahindra service point, They have kept my vehicle for 2 days 7 Hours in their coustedy for 1, 20, 000 km servicing period, but they didn't washed inner and outer of this vehicle, when now we are afraiding for COVID-19 issues and we couldn't entered any out sider in our vehicle.whereas the mechanics are mostly entered in vehicle.without sanitising and washing could i safe from covid-19?When i give the vehicle, i have complained for Baloon indicator issues, but it can't be resolved and when i asked they says plz bring it Monday we will be resolve, so how i make sure for my safty when driving this vehicle about baloon issues,
So may please be take some action, so that the trust will be kept on coustmers mind.
